Three years ago, 20 people on the beach of Newport, Oregon, witnessed a very... disturbing event.
The head of a machine, easily the size of 5 school buses stacked upon eachother washed up on the shore. It's eyes looked as if it was staring in to nothingness. Still glowing, still looking forward. The head was obviously completely disconected from wherever the body was, covered in kelp, eel grass, coral... and very deep sea fish.
The following years would reveal some of the most horrifying revelations from the Pentagon that America, and the world, would ever see.

2 days after the head washed up on the shore, 25 FBI vehicles surrounded the beach, not allowing anyone on, or off. Over 200 agents surrounded the strange head. Eyewitnesses of what was going on said that they were going inside the head. As if it was some sort of a submarine.
Other times, people spotted skeletons being pulled out, and burned by soldiers wielding flamethrowers. Even more strange, people could see large, dagger-like incisors being pulled from the head. Now, these weren't like shark size teeh, no. These incisors were easily the size of cars.
On the next day, all evidence of the head being there was gone, besides the kelp and eel grass that had fallen off the head, and an outline of it's bottom in the sand, soon to be smoothed down by the tide. Many people were oblivious to whatever had happened. As if not only the FBI had cleared out any physical evidence of it's existence, but as well any memory of it from the witnesses of the head's washing up on the shore.
For 2 months, nobody knew anything about the strange happening. Until Goliath.rar came along.

On the imageboard of 4chan, an anonymous donor released a .rar file on to the board. Goliath.rar, which contained 3 images, and 2 .wav files. Rib.jpg, Skull.jpg, Endgame.jpg, Seaofbones.wav and x.wav. Most of these were fairly self-explanatory... exept x.wav.
Soon after people began to hear and see what was in these files, they called 911. Over 876 people reported the file to the police. Soon, the FBI got involved, and tracked down the IP adress of this donor. They found out that this anonymous person was in Antarctica. The Pentagon soon became completely aflutter. Hundreds of their best tech people found that the files extracted from the head were gone.
The post with the file couldn't be deleted. It was protected with a security software unlike any other. The post was permanently on the top of the board, unable to be moved with the new topics like normal.
