361-Shortcut

I bought a laptop when I went to a car boot sale, my old one was broken beyond repair. I can't believe it was at such a low price to, it only cost about £10. I didn't think much of it so I packed the laptop in my shoulder bag and drove home, when I got home I unpacked the laptop and set it down on the table, I attempted to turn it on when a picture of a battery appeared on the screen. I got my old charger and plugged it into the new laptop, surprisingly enough it worked! I left it charging for several hours before turning it on. When I did turn it on the background screen was pitch black but it had all the icons on, I waited for it to load but it stayed pitch black. I went into files and documents to try to delete this black background, I shouldn't have done that. I was took to the videos file, there was only one file with a pitch black icon. Out of curiosity, I clicked on the file and Windows Media Player popped up. After a few seconds the video played. There was no image at all, just all black. The voice sounded like it came from a young girl, singing. After watching the video I exited out of the programme, everything was going fine until the next week.

I restarted my laptop, when the screen background changed from pitch black to a young girl, she wasn't looking at the camera though, she was looking at the wall in front of her. I moved my mouse over to launch the internet when I noticed a new icon on the screen, it was named 361-Shortcut. I clicked on the video, that's funny, I've not been using this since last week. The video started instantly, it was of a young girl chained to a bed. She looked uncomfortable, she was squirming and trying to scream but her mouth was taped together with duck tape. The video became shaky as it was laid down on a table or standing object.

The hands of the person caressed her cheek before stabbing her and pouring a bottle of acid in the wound, she closed her eyes grabbing tightly onto the chains holding her, muffled screams coming from her taped mouth. The camera was turned to face a white wall, were I could hear stabbing coming from behind. It was horrific, blood splattered onto the walls, I could hear muscle tissure tearing, as more blood splattered the walls. The video was almost over

When I could hear no more screaming, the knife was thrown down on the wooden floor. The cameraman moved the camera to face the young girl who was now dead, he unchained her, wrapped her body in a plastic bag were he was about to take her to the attic when the cries of a baby were heard and the video ended. I was so shocked I couldn't move, I shut down the laptop and threw it in the bin outside. I recently found out that the young girl who was murdered on the tape, used to live in the house I'm living in now. I keep coming home from work to see the door unlocked, I always feel as if there's someone watching me. The cupboard door is opening now, could it be....?
