Blues Clues - Banned Drug PSA

The episode started with Steve standing in front of a blue screen setup. A chair painted blue right in the middle of the shot. Steve walks over to the chair and sits on it. He glares at the screen for about 3 minutes stuttering as he was telling the kids about drugs and the horrible side effects of it. Steve looks over to his left as a loud gunshot is heard. Steve glaces at the camera then looks back to his left. He looks uncomfortable and is visibly trying to get off the chair when a man wearing a red sweater and black pants and a black mask walks up to him holding a gun. He yells at Steve to stay on the chair or else he'd be shot right then and there. Steve looks like he is about to cry and he looks back to the camera and stares. Tears slowly falling down his face as he continues to lecture kids and teens on why drugs are terrible and to never try them. "They are likely to put you in my shoes. I'm being held by gunpoint by these guys who I failed to pay back 2 weeks ago and now they are making me do this. Don't do drugs everyone. It is not worth risking your own life for." Steve looks pass the camera and a man says "Okay" and the video cuts off.
