Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Deleted Scene

Ok,Remember that 1968 movie called Chitty Chitty Bang Bang? Based on a children's book by the same name were it's about a inventor known as Caractacus who buys a car and turn it into a flying winged Engine which later on into the film were baron and his soldiers wanted to capture the car, grandpa was kidnapped and taken to the castle, so the family goes to save him, Yep that's the story but i don't wanna spoil the movie for you if after watching it, well you mostly know whats wrong with the old classic movie? It was likely that one creepy guy named The child catcher who capture Jemima and Jeremy, So people who saw it cause Child Trauma and called the movie as scary but it wasn't started like scary. I mostly had a deleted scene that was likely disturbing to you, so let me explain.

I was going to England, Turville hill were I Vist the windmill were they filmed at, Then I saw a window open, I thought it was left there by someone but I wanna check, hopping over the window I checked the room which I was trespassing at some point, at the attic I see some cardboard boxes, one box had a label with a black marker on it as "old", opening it has stuff like books, old toys and tapes, I put the tapes when I saw a VHS tape Named "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang: Chamber scene", I mostly thought it was a early tape, I took it and went to the plane to home, in the house I just clean it because of the virus, Putting on the VHS player and pressing play I sit on the couch, the scene Began in Barons castle hallway were the child Catcher was taking the 2 kids, the camera was moving left were he said "Be quiet two of you, I'm taking you to a place were your parents can not save you" his voice was very high creepy Let us go!!!" said by the 2 kids, The camera cuts to the door opening, They go inside and The 2 kids saw some blood on the ground afraid, The Child Catcher then Lights up a Touch "what are you doing" Jeremy said, Child Catcher He chuckles "well well I'm going to chain you up" He said and grab the 2 kids and chained them on a Brown Circle wall, They scream and they were saying Help! like it's someone telling while trapped or kidnapped, The Child Catcher said something very Creepy, "This is my Chamber were I put children on a Torture device, you see Children were very annoying and being brats around the town, so my king Baron told me that he wanted them to learn a lesson" The line he said chill up my spine for a whole day, Jamime said to him "Don't!!! I Promise that daddy and mommy will save us!" she said while sobbing "Never! Your parents can't Save you" The Child Catcher said when he spin the wheel, It cause the 2 of them screaming, They continue to scream again until it stops, The Child Catcher walks to the door chuckling and hums, the door closes and the touches were now blow out, The 2 kids began to cry because of the child catchers evil behavior, then It just ended, I was very shocked, For some reasons why The director of the film wanted to feature a disturbing deleted scene from a scary old movie from the late 1960s? why? I still Don't know.
