Cursed Utau
I've always loved Vocaloid. I discovered it by a friend in year 9 and loved it ever since. I had it on my iPhone and on my laptop, messing around with Miku's voice and stuff. I loved it, until I discovered UTAUloid. I've been obsessed with it ever since. You could always make your own UTAU and make it sing whatever you want. I also recorded my friends' voices as well.
Her name was Mishca and I made her fall in love with it as well. It was too bad she didn't know Japanese because she would of made her own songs and stuff. I also made a UTAU of the other friend who introduce me to Vocaloid as well; she was a great singer so the UTAU turned out be the best voice bank I have so far.
One day I had finished making a song but it wouldn't export the wav. File, it just came up with "??????????" Which was kinda normal since my laptops is English and UTAU is a Japanese program. So I did what I usually did uninstall it and reinstall it but I lost the installer file a while back so I needed to download one from the net.
I couldn't find the download site which was kinda weird because it was always there and it doesn't need to be taken down or anything... so I came upon this website which was a bit different but I didn't really noticed anything different so I just download the UTAU program was there.
The icon looked a little different so I thought that UTAU change their website and updated UTAU a bit so I didn't suspected anything.
When it finally installed the program was a bit different but I didn't care I just wanted finish off my song.
A few weeks later I noticed UTAU stuffing up in many ways, like; when I finish a song the voices would sound a bit of tune, demonic or just with a sad tone despite how many times I have edit it.
Every now and then the oto.ini file would just reset itself and the voice recordings would just disappear and I would have to rerecord them which were a massive pain.
A week after that all of the voice banks were only left with the recordings Shi, N, Da. This really scare the S*** outta me because shinda means death in Japanese. I haven't used UTAU ever since and lost interest in it.
Mishca didn't have the same problem as me but she and my other friend have been acting strange recently. At first I noticed them humming the tune I made in UTAU but after a while it sounded a bit sad and scary. I asked them why they were singing it this way but they just ignore the question. She was also glaring at nothing every now and then so I thought that she was a bit sick and probably spend too much time on TV. The same thing happen to Naomi (the other friend) but she seemed a bit....scary. When I visited her house there were holes and damage furniture and she would sit at the chair staring at nothing.
I had to leave for a few days to attend a funeral. But when I came back to Naomi's house there were red writing on the walls that says "dasshutsu suru koto" I am not really good at Japanese but it said something like "never escape" or " you will never escape" I got really scared after this because Naomi doesn't even know Japanese. I also noticed that she wasn't in the house and so I tried to find her but I only found a massive hole in a wall and a massive hole in the fence that leads to the neighbour's house.
The neighbour's house had red stains but before I wanted to check it out I heard a singing voice but it was a bit digital like the UTAU voice I had of Naomi. I heard a scream after that it sounded like it came from the front. I ran there I couldn't believe my eyes. A family of killing each other and ripping each other's eyes out even the little toddlers in the pram were doing it. After a few seconds they were dead. I was petrified, couldn't moved. I wondering what have happen and what caused this. I saw something move in a bush and it was Naomi, well I thought it was her. When I shouted out her she ran away. I couldn't follow so I quickly drove to mishca's house.
The creepiest thing happened. Just when I parked on the drive way I saw Mishca following to high school girls and in a flash she sang in her UTAU voice. The two girls stoped walking and stared at each other. one girl started to rip the other girls eyes off and the other shoved two of her fingers in one of the other girls eyes. I couldn't watch. But I needed to know were mish is but when I looked she was gone. Mishca and Naomi were loose I didn't know what to do. I didn't have any family members and I'm sure the police can handle it before there was an outbreak so...so I ran, ran away. Collected my things and just ran away from here. Never to return. And never go to that cursed website again. (And I also deleted utau just in case)
Thank god I never made an UTAUloid out of my voice,
Or so I think......
