Doctor Who Lost Episode: The Feast of Steven
First of all, let me get something straight. I am a HUGE fan of Doctor Who. Particularly the Classic Era. But that all changed after one horrible decision. See, my late uncle worked for a local television station in the 60's, and while looking for things we might have wanted after he died, I found a film canister in a cupboard. It was labeled "Dr. Who: The Daleks’ Master Plan: Ep 7,". I realized that I must have found a lost episode. I had no idea that Doctor Who had any. I took it to my house and began to watch it. I had no idea about the horrors that awaited me.
My first hint that something was wrong was the title of the episode. "The Feast of Steven". Was Steven going to be cannibalized by The Doctor? I pressed on. Honestly, the episode was so horrifying I can barely talk about it. I’ll just mention the "highlights".
The episode started with the gang landing in a heavily polluted part of 1960's England. Given how scary the rest of the rest the episode was, there's no doubt it wasn't polluted by radiation.
At one point, there was a woman tied up who was about to be sawed in half!
At the end, I was terrified. But it was only the tip of the iceberg. The gang started drinking champagne. And then they all looked at me. Straight into my soul. And they all wished me a Merry Christmas. How could they have known that I was watching this during Christmas!?
I had nightmares for weeks. In the end, I decided to destroy the tape. I posted my experience on a forum. I was quicky banned as people thought I was a troll. Some people believed me however, but they yelled at me for "overreacting" and "destroying a piece of history". Wonder what that's all about.
