Dude, Where's My Car?

One day I was at my college campus after a long tiring day.  I went to our parking garage to my green 2004 Honda Civic.  I was tired and exhausted and eager to get home.

Only my car wasn't where I remembered parking it.  I was all the way on the top level of the garage and I was mighty irritated that I would have to go looking for it again.  Come to think of it, this had been happening to me a lot lately.

And it continued to happen to me for the next few weeks.  Each day my car was parked in a different place than where I remembered parking it.  I even called the police a couple times to report it stolen.  One day I would park it in the main parking lot but then when I went to drive home in the afternoon I found it in the midlevel of parking garage A.  Pretty soon I was starting to get creeped out.  Sometimes i even thought I saw it driving around before finding it someplace.

And it wasn't just at school.  My car kept teleporting everytime I went to the grocery store or any other place.  Sometimes it even moved to a different part of the subdivision when I parked it to visit a friend.

One day I had to run an errand up at the college late in the evening.  I was one of only like five cars there.  When I got done with the meeting sure enough all the other cars were gone and mine was nowhere to be found.  so I searched the dark and creepy parking garage.  then out of nowhere a green honda civic appeared without headlights and nearly ran me over.  It disappeared again for a while before I discovered it right where i ahd originally parked it.

And then, out of nowhere, it just stopped.  I mean it stopped happening.  The car stopped teleporting and playing tricks on me and everything was normal.  But I still sold the vehicle for scrap.  To this day sometimes late at night when I'm trying to fall asleep I think I can hear it slowly driving around the block.
