So its understood that a Minecraft player is nearly 2 blocks tall. One block in Minecraft is equivalent to about 1 meter in real life. So with that, we can estimate a Minecraft player stands at about 6'5". Which in itself is quite large for a human. Now taking into account that an Enderman stands at 3 blocks tall, that means they are approximately 9'8" tall.

For a bit of context, the tallest man to ever live was Robert Wadlow, standing at only a measly 8'11". Thinking about how tall an Enderman stands in real life, one can only imagine how long an Enderman's dick is. If we do a little bit of math, we can see that the average male height is 5'9" according to the CDC, and the average male penis length is 5.16 inches (erect).

So if we do some math and take the body height/penis length ratio into account, we can roughly estimate that the length of an Enderman's cock is a whopping 13.848 inches in length.
