Have you ever wondered why this website has such a simple layout? White text on black background; not exactly boring, but so plain. Perhaps the black background adds a creepy effect to already creepy stories? No, that is not it. Perhaps it is so simple to make it easier to read the entries? No, that still is not it. Perhaps whoever designed it kept it this way to keep distracting visuals out. No, still wrong.
