Everyone Dies in the Mushroom Kingdom
Everyone knows Super Mario, right? Well, I used to be a big fan of the franchise, owning Mario plushies, the video games and even a Mario wallpaper. However, after my latest experience, I don't want to look back at Mario.
One day, I was on Netflix, trying to find a perfect show to watch. After scrolling around for a while, I found The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3. Since I used to be a big fan of Mario, I decided to watch a episode of it. I looked around and found one named "Everyone Dies in the Mushroom Kingdom". I was shocked by the episode name, but I decided to watch it.
The episode began with the normal intro. After the intro ended, it went into the title card which was just a black background with white text saying the episode name. The episode began with Mario in a plain black room, sobbing. Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad then came into the room and Luigi said "Mario, what's wrong?". Mario shouted at Luigi "GO AWAY! CAN'T YOU SEE THAT I'M GRIEVING?" while sobbing. Luigi then said "Over who?" and Mario said "My parents. They died because King Koopa threw fireballs at them.". Luigi said "Oh. Well, should we do something about it to cheer you up?".
Mario then became angry, with bloodshot eyes and said "NO!". He then pulled out a gun, aimed it at Luigi and pulled the trigger. Blood splattered everywhere. Princess Toadstool and Toad became angry and Princess Toadstool said "MARIO! STOP IT!". Mario said "No. How about YOU stop it?". Mario then pulled out a knife and started cutting Princess Toadstool's torso open. He then began to eat Princess Toadstool's intestines and after he was done eating them, he cut Princess Toadstool's head off and he placed it inside her torso. I was horrified at that moment.
Mario then went on to kill Toad. He stabbed Toad in the eyes and then slit his throat. It then showed Mario killing everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom in horrifying ways, such as shooting them in the heads, stabbing them in the back, etc. Mario then went to King Koopa's lair and he saw him sitting on his chair and Mario said "YOU DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE.". Mario then pulled out the knife from earlier and started stabbing King Koopa in the head, while King Koopa screamed. King Koopa was then dead.
Mario then said "Since everyone else is dead, its now my time.". Mario then slit his throat and collapsed on the floor, dead in a pool of his own blood. The episode ended with a destroyed Mushroom Kingdom, with every house on fire and the sky red. I was shocked, so I turned off the TV and went upstairs to get that thing out of my head. However, later that night, I had nightmares about Mario killing his friends. The next day, I got rid of everything Mario-related in our house.
Be careful, if you see a episode named "Everyone Dies in the Mushroom Kingdom" anywhere, stay away from it or else you'll have the same nightmares as me.
