Friendly Rick and Morty Copypasta

To be fair, it's completely ok if you don't enjoy Rick And Morty. I personally really like the humor, but it's not for everyone, and it isn't like people who don't appreciate these types of jokes are in anyway lesser than us who do. I can also understand why you would find the way Rick's nihilistic outlook is woven into his characterization to make him unlikable. The fans may enjoy this stuff, but not everyone does, and that's absolutely fine. We all have different opinions and there's nothing wrong with that, it's just a fact of life. No one should ever be looked down on and called an "idiot" for liking or disliking a TV show. It's all just our own subjective personal taste. You would be completely reasonable, for instance, in thinking that Rick's catchphrase "Wubba-Lubba Dub Dub" is stupid and annoying and that the reveal of its "deeper meaning" is overly pretentious nonsense. Hell, even as a fan I would kind of agree with you. It is one of the most gimmicky aspects of the series. I can easily imagine how Dan Harmon's style wouldn't resonate with someone, and I don't fault them for thinking that way. You don't have to feel bad for not liking Rick And Morty as much as others, and you most certainly are not unintelligent because of your tastes. Have a good day, friend.
