As I'm writing this I'm having a mental breakdown. As you know by now, I've been animating The Simpsons for nearly 4 years now. And recently there was an inside joke among my coworkers about this "Graggle" character that got removed around season 5. I always thought of it as a joke. But today I decided to look through some old Simpsons episodes. But something was... off. Homer and Bart were talking to a character that wasn't on-screen. Then in a later scene Homer stood there for a near 4 seconds. Before laughing and saying "oh Graggle, you're always so ridiculous all the time". My heart skipped a beat, I rushed to my workplace and rushed through old sketches of the season 1 episodes. He was always there the whole time. I saw him everywhere. Then I found a tape on the ground simply titled "Graggle" It appeared to be a scratched episode seeming to only be a storyboard. But as it continued on Graggle was repeatedly shot in the chest by an unknown person. It changed to a photo of a body on the ground. The body of a child. And it wasn't animated, it was a real photo of a dead child. Matt Groening had said that he had a son but never really talked about it before. But I know his dark secret. Matt Groening's son, was Graggle. And he added him to the show to hint at his crimes. Consider this a suicide note, cause I don't think I'm gonna be back home after this.
