In the very last episode of Tom & Jerry, all hell breaks loose. Tom inserts Jerry into his ballsack and Jerry panics so he begins running around in Tom's ballsack which after a few days manages to stretch and enlarge it to 12 inches causing great strain to the feline. After several months of more ball growth Tom is severely weakened and unable to defend himself from predators; he eventually gets killed by a dog and his massive ballsack ripped open revealing the interior is crusty and brown. Jerry had been scooping shit out of Tom's ass through a narrow passage for all the months he had been trapped in there to sustain himself.
And then a skeleton popped out
