Halo: Reach Firefight Last Set

I know what your'e thinking. "Oh, gee, another Halo pasta. How nice." But this is VERY REAL. Anyways, here's the incident:

I was playing Firefight on Halo: Reach, trying to get the "Heat In The Pipe" achievement and a couple others. I turned on invincibility, bottomless clip and chose the enemies to fight (Elites) and picked the map Beachhead. (You can turn on invincibility, bottomless clip, etc. IN THE GAME, so no hacks here.) When I started, it just worked normally. Since I picked 5 sets, I was prepared to waste time. I blew through the sets and bonus rounds, and made it to the last set.

That's when things got weird.

This set was different than the others. For some reason, besides Elites, Brutes spawned. I figured I didn't set something right, and proceeded fighting. Right after killing the last two enemies of the first round, something weird happened. Two Scarabs had spawned on both sides of the map. I was scared, but remembered I went through this procedure in Halo 3. After successfully plowing them up, five Phantoms came out of nowhere (literally just popped up). Instead of their bright purple color, they were a dark red, with a black bottom. And form some reason, the cannons had Plasma Launchers attached to them, instead of the normal Concussion Rifle-esque guns. The plasma from the launchers was a bright red, and had a HUGE explosion radius. Since I had given myself a Energy Sword at the start, I cut through the Elites like butter. Instead of their normal blue blood, it was dark red and huge gashes revealed inner organs. I was getting sick at moment, but pushed on.

I had gotten down to the last two Elites when I noticed something. My armor was dark red. Last time I checked, it was dark green. I thought of it as a glitch, but it creeped me out. I killed the last two Elites, and the round was over. The sky had now turned a bright red with black clouds, and the water was dark red with blood. The grass has become completely black, and everything else was red. I was scared out of my wits. I had no idea what to do. Then this time, the large structure in the senter blew up, turning Beachead into a giant black plain. Then, three blood red Scarabs came out, but I manged to take them out with ease. Suddenly, a HUGE Elite came from nowhere (like the 5 Phantoms). It was impossible to kill, and I figured it would take too long, so I was just about to quit when I heard a ear-bleeding screech come from it. I muted the TV, then saw it's eyes start rolling back and falling out. A bunch of black Elites fell from it, all with the same effect. At this point, I just quit the game.

When it came to the results, I got 666 cR for each attribute (commendations, game won, etc.) Instead of being a pussy like most others who say "Since this happened I don't play Reach", I still played. It works just fine right now, but today, I got 666 cR for TWO matchmaking games....

I checked my armor later at midnight yesterday. It was the skull pilot helmet, and my armor was black, splattered with blood. I restarted my 360, and everything was normal.
