Her Yellow Dress

I was sleeping with my husband when we heard a loud breaking noise coming from our kitchen, we lived in an apartment high up, so we didn't think of it and thought we had just forgotten to close the windows in front of the kitchen. When I got there the window was closed and nothing was broken or on the floor, I didn't let it bother me and continued sleeping. But I was still freaked out.

A few days went by, and the noise returned every night, at different times from 8 pm to 4 am we would hear a noise. Sometimes loud sometimes quiet, sometimes the noise represents the wind something that breaks.

But one night, I had enough, I stayed in our living room waiting for the noise to come. I wish I didn't. The same noise from the first time woke me up and I saw a young girl in a yellow with pink dots dress standing and stealing from our fridge food, I only saw her for a moment before we both freaked out and she went invisible. I tried to calm her because she didn't completely go invisible, her beautiful yellow dress was still there, but it wasn't the bright yellow and pink it was, it changed to a darker tone. I told her she doesn't have to hide I wouldn't hurt her, she didn't take that very well and with her scream she pushed me back to the living room and I felt a really bad pain in my stomach.

The next thing I opened my eyes for was her running to my room and me bleeding from my stomach, I heard my husband scream in pain, and I passed out. I woke up in a hospital after a coma for a week and when I asked about my husband I learned that he was killed in an unknown way and that girl I saw was one of his 5 victims, I was supposed to be killed by him too, but that girl saved me. I was thankful for her until they gave me a letter they found near his body that said

"Your husband killed me and mama, I am now after every married man that I can find. Don't get married to a man if you want him to stay alive." I was terrified, I just told the nurse to take it away from me.

I am now a single father to my adopted daughter, and she knows about what happened, since then 5 mysterious deaths of married males with one or more daughters were found dead sleeping with their wives.
