Lamperia's Bottle of Mysterious Tears

It all started like any normal creepy pasta, there was blood, and a knife...and noodles in a pot. She was cooking dinner when the knife magically flew at her noodles, and spilled them. She was so distressed, she cut her arms off and tried to eat them, because her noodles were dirty now. The only possession she owned in her inventory was a crystalline flask filled with a strange liquid. Upon first examination, it was just a pretty bottle that cost 345 gold.
