MapleStory: Undesired Consequences
Ever played a RPG or an MMOG? Well, that's the time I got really scared of it.
After the epidemic I feel like never playing it again.
About every story that starts there was a day that was shining and stuff but right now it was dim and gloomy. Yeah, so unoriginal. As I got my first ever bought laptop I got for myself, I couldn't stop thinking about playing Maplestory I started out by downloading the game. It was pretty quick by the fact it was instantly downloaded.
I happily opened the game. A dark screen like always. I waited about 15 Minutes and it's been a long time. It barely loaded and it kept flashing red black and then repeating it all over again? Figured it wasn't loading I quit and slept until the next day.
After that day I woke up, Maplestory was still running. The Start screen just showed. and the only server was
1. C@N1@. It replaced the Server "Scania".
I was shocked that it didn't take me to the Login Screen. I wondered who was I logged into? So I press "Back".
Obviously, it said, "There is no turning back."
Pondered. I went and headed into the server. I then made a New Character it skipped the Name Character but to the character creation page. The Character was blood red. Hair greyish-black. and it felt like he had a weapon stabbed into his body.
I spawned in ??? Hidden Street it seemed familiar with Henesys only the Background was black. No clouds or any happy things going on. Music was eerie like in Minecraft when you are alone in the cave, scary music played. But this wasn't hacked. Like Pokémon games. This was happening in real life. The zone had no trees, mushroom like buildings Portals, or even the Free Market.
I was beginning to get scared, shivering down my legs and witnessing the background. Everything on the surface is all red, gore stained blood everywhere. I shut down the Laptop. I'll never open it again. After that story, I guess I'll head somewhere accompanied by millions of people.
