Minecraft Oddities
It was a normal day, I woke up, brushed my teeth, went to school...
And every day when I get home, I hop right on my computer and play Minecraft.
It started up as normal, one of those random splashes like "Minecraft!" Came up, and I opened up my world. Nothing had changed, it was all how I left it. I had an underground tunnel system I was working on, A nice wooden house...
I remember being at about level 24 underground, and I started to hear sounds like dirt blocks breaking. "Odd", I thought. I minimized Minecraft and checked to see if Google Chrome was open or running a Youtube video.
The strange thing was, Chrome wasn't open. I also checked to see if I was on multiplayer, but I knew I wasn't, because I remember opening up "World 1". I looked around, trying to find where the noise was coming from, but I couldn't find it. Stone blocks started to break a short time after. "Pop!" The stone block above me broke. I looked up. A hole reaching all the way to the surface opened. I saw something falling, It looked like a block, and it was flashing... "TNT!" I tried to get away, but something invisible like a fence was holding me in the same spot. Bang. I died, and instead of the normal "Oof!" your player makes when he was damaged, I heard a scream. A scream so blood-curdling that it made me cringe. Like fingers scratching a chalkboard. I was very hesitant to press the "Respawn" button, but I did out of curiosity. I respawned like normal, but instead of a normal blue color in the sky, it was a crimson color, like the sun setting shortly after a thunderstorm. Fires were popping up in random places, trees were burning, and there were no animals. I heard strange voices, like singing, but reversed. A shadow of what seemed to be another player appeared in front of me, making a strange backwards yell and doing a whopping 8 hearts of damage. It was gone in a split second. Shortly after, a strange 3D text in front of me demanded "WALK" and I did so without hesitation, fearing the worst. After about 5 minutes of walking, I finally came to a pit. It was deeper than the void, and the walls were huge faces with glaring eyes, watching you. After what seemed like seconds, a loud voice started chanting something in Russian, and the same text from earlier demanded "JUMP.". I did so, and the walls with the faces on them followed me with thier glaring, now red eyes. After about 5 seconds, my world deleted itself, and I never played minecraft again.
