Mr. Z (Haunted Metal Gear Soild 2)
Hey guys this may be a long read but please if you do have the time read this page. As now this is the scariest game I ever got in my entire life.
As my brother was going into the navy, he gave me his silver,but flat Sony Playstation 2 as a gift before we said goodbye. It also came with some games such as Kingdom Hearts 1 (Fuck yeah), 2 controllers,some other games I forgot the name of (I just sold them anyway) and I went back home and started playing KH1 but it didn't take long for me to get bored of the cutscenes that I couldn't skip unlike in Kingdom Hearts II so I decided to look for some games in some stores or garage sales. After 2 hours of riding my bike with abou 60.00$ a house caught my eye...I don't know why and a young woman that looked...well...all sad and looked like she was robbed. I looked at what she had to sell and a game caught my eye. It looked like Metal Gear Soild 3 due to a sagging tape on the front of it to keep the front from coming off but when I asked her she said it was Metal Gear Solid 2. I was excited, even though MGS2 is not my favorite it's a good game in the franchise and decided to purchase it...for some reason she said it was only 15 dollars with 21 cents of tax, strange I thought but, I'll take it! When I got home I ignored some homework till nighttime and decided to play MGS2 to Raiden's part of the game (fucking white haired girly pussy in my opinion but it's part of the game) but for some reason when I finally got control of Solid Snake it said I had the Socom and the M9 both full of ammo. The Ration menu was the same nothing full just the cigs,camera, and 1 ration. I ignored it and kept on playing the game untill when I got to Olga a boss battle didn't occur she just fell over when the battle started. Ignoring again, I went back into the ship but the text was "Don't go any farther..." I was frightened but I summoned by courage and countinued playing, after I got the Metal Gear Ray room, it said all my pictures on my camera were all of Olga. I decided to overwrite those with the required pictures and some with the Commandant to get some funny moments before ending the Tanker Saga. I ended the saga and saved and was in Raiden's part "Shell", but when I finally got Rose to save the game with it said I had Plisken,Otacan and Mr.Z....? I just saved the game and turned off the PS2 and worked on my homework.
The next day after school, I turned it back on and played some more Plisken, Otacon, and Mr.Z is still there. I always thought that it was Mr.X not Mr.Z, so I tried calling Mr.Z and no voice it said "Stop playing....leave me" and the Codec call ended. I tried calling Plisken but it was Colonel saying the weird stuff at the end of the game when Raiden is butt-naked. Creeped out, I just decided to stop the Codec and move on. After going up the elevator, it somehow took me to Arsenal Gear, and I couldn't move Raiden and the screen went to the Codec and Mr.Z called and said with no voice again "Now you must suffer the consequences" scared, but I still wanted to see what WERE the consequences. Olga in her Ninja came and was walking torwards Raiden,still unable to move him. The screen went black and all I heard was Raiden's scream when you fall to your death. After that, I turned the game off and threw it out on my burn pile in my yard (and no it's in a place where nothing but the pile will be on fire) and burned it to ashes. I'll never forget this stupid yet scary copy of Metal Gear Solid 2.
