Have you heard of Oobi? It was a show on Nick Jr. (originally known as Noggin) from 2004 until 2007. The series follows Oobi's everyday adventures with his younger sister Uma, his best friend Kako, and his grandfather, Grampu. The show is intended to build skills such as mathematics, early literacy, and logical thinking. I used to watch it when I was 4 years old. Well, there was ONE episode that WASN'T supposed to be aired, but ACCIDENTALLY was. All of the children who have seen it were scared to death. Parents phone-called Nick Jr. with complaints that this episode freaked out their children because of the horrible content in it.

And today, I discovered it.

It all started with me searching a episode of Oobi on Google to download. At the very bottom of the eighth page, there was a Mediafire link, the zip file was titled "Oobi S5E3 - Oobi Kills!.zip". I clicked it, as I was pretty interested. I then downloaded it and it only took 30 seconds. Then there was a .txt file called "readme.txt". I clicked it, and it said:

This is a lost episode of Oobi, called Oobi Kills!. The episode was created on June 24, 2007. The creators wanted to end the series this way, so here's the episode.

WARNING: The following episode you're about to see has blood, gore, and violence. It actually aired in some countries. Watch at your own risk, and do not watch if you're going to be scared.

Blood, gore, and violence? I thought it was just a morbid joke, but I was still curious. So, for the heck of it, I closed the .txt file and there was already a movie file called "OobiKills.avi". I double-clicked it, and it played the episode. But first, I had to tell my brother to come over and watch it with me. Though he's a fan of survival horror games.

The theme song didn't play normal, instead it played in reserve. Also, it was red. Then the title card appeared, saying "Oobi Kills!". The background was bloody red. My brother got interested

The episode started with Oobi playing toys with Uma in his room. Oobi looks at the camera for 20 seconds, then he yells in a demonic voice: "OOBI KILL!". Then he pulls out a gun and shoots Uma in the fist. Blood splatted on the screen. I nearly vomited, because it look real. My brother laughed because he had never seen an episode of the show gone crazy and insane. Uma screams for 3 seconds. Then Grampu came here and said: "OH NO! OOBI KILL UMA! GRAMPU CALL THE POLICE!". Oobi replies, saying: "UMA AND GRAMPU GO TO HELL!". Oobi pulls out a chainsaw.

Grampu's death is cut out and replaced with a black screen, but you can hear the audio of the chainsaw and the screaming from suicidemouse.avi, and eventually after that, Oobi saying, "OOBI KILL MORE!" After about 10 seconds of a blank screen, It cuts to Oobi in getting out his house. For some reason, Oobi turns red in the scene.

Then it cuts to a edited picture of Oobi with soulless black eyes, while (what sounds like) distorted piano music is being played in reverse, with the screaming from Sally.exe and chainsaw sounds laid over the music. The scene happens for about 20 seconds.

Then it cuts to a scene of Kako, Mrs. Johnson, Mimi and Paula dead. After killing them, Oobi said: "BYE PEOPLE!" The hand screen came up and showed Oobi killing a preschooler with a knife. The preschooler was screaming VERY high. After killing the preschooler, Oobi said: "Oobi finds you and kills you!".

Then, a narrator said, "Oobi killed the rest of the characters. The series is over. Farewell. Thanks for watching Oobi." then the credits came on, but instead of showing the kids playing their Oobi-like puppets, it showed nothing. The credits were completely silent. My brother laughed so hard, but I only did it a bit.

May 31, 2014: I decided to upload it to YouTube. It had 10 something views, and had only 2 comments. One user said "HOLY SHIT its fucking scary im never watching oobi again" while the other said "Hope shit is fake, cause that creeped me out." I decided to make a page on my Geoshea's Lost Episodes Wiki after uploading the video. Two hours later when I came back, the video was deleted, saying "This video has been removed as requested by Josh Selig." I was freaked out again. So, I decided to delete the episode off my computer. If you ever find this episode, stay away from it.
