Paternal Awakening

The SCP foundation has detected an unnatural event occurring in the suburbs outside of Cleveland, Ohio. This phenomenon is known as "Paternal Awakening" or a more culturally accepted name of "Your dad coming back" This event is first noticed by the sky darkening akin to a rainstorm, but the main defining feature is the fact that instead of water raining out of the clouds, it is milk. This milk is the same as any type of milk you find in an average grocery store. This milk-rain lasts for roughly 10 minutes before being accompanied by lightning striking in a circle in a certain area, the area is completely random but will always be located inside the storm area. Then, the clouds above the circle in which the lightning struck will clear up and a ghost resembling a middle aged Caucasian man about 20 meters in height will descend from the sky and shrink into an average sized human. This event will begin in approximately 3 minutes, the hurricane force winds are a danger and you should seek shelter immediately.
