Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Coal Rescue Team
It was a stormy day, and I wanted to play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team, but I lost my GameBoy and I didn't have the money for a DS. So I downloaded a PMD RRT rom from a site called "BEN ROMZ" because the other rom places crashed my computer for some odd reason... And the rom's name was "Pokemon Mystery Dungon: Coal Rescue Team". Weird.
I downloaded it, and after it finished, I heard a creepy laugh. I put the Rom in Visual Boy Advance and the computer glitched out for 3 seconds, then VBA full screened and I could not anti-full screen it.
The intro was glitched as well. The Pokemon walking then talking to the Pelipper looked like Missingno, and when the sky turns orange,it turned black insted. the title screen said "Pokemon Mystery Dungon Coal Rescue Team" as well, plus the mail was glitched (It looks like a Glitch Pokemon) also. The Main Menu looked normal, but some blood splats where there. But when I clicked New Game, my true nightmare began.
It said: "Welcome! This is the Portal that leads into the Pokemon World! But you need to go through some questions. Are you ready? Then let your true Nightmare BEGIN!!!" The question screen also was changed. Instead of the tripy rainbow, the only colors cyling where Brown & Black. The questions where completely Gibberish. and the "are you a boy, or are you a girl" screen said "Do you want to kill yourself?" but the answers said "Boy" and "Boi". I choose "Boy". It skipped the "What Pokemon are you?" and the"Choose your Parter" things.
The before waking up thing said "Who are you? Who am I? Can you feel the sunshine?". And I discovered that I Was a Treecko and my parter was a Mudkip with lots of blood, scraches, and part of his brain showing. Tiny Woods looked darker. The Mudkip said "Hello! My name is Kirbey! What's yours? Again, skiped the Name thing, and my Treecko said "... It's Eli..." I was serprised the game knew my name. Kirbey said "Eli? Ok then..." Butterfree said "That's mama Luigi to you Mallo!". Then she came to us. then said "My Pizza Pie, I mean Caterpie is traped, Help him!". Kirbey said "... Fine..." Eli said "Yes, oh yes!". Then Kirbey jumped on Eli and said "No, hell no! it's too hard!" Then Eli said "I'm sorry, he's in trouble, and we are rescuing him!" Kirbey started crying. We entered the dungon anyways.
The Tiny Woods dungon looked like a bad future in Sonic CD, there were some blood splats here and there, a few dead Pokemon like 1 to 4 every floor, dozens of machines everywhere, the stairs where replaced with elevaters, there were no wonder tiles. Some of the Pokemon had scratches. When I spoke to my partner he just said "... No ..." when we reached Caterpie, Caterpie had no eyes nor a tail, and he just spoke "..." like Red. Eli took him back. Butterfree said "Thank you! Here you go!" Butterfree give us a human organ with blood on it. Then Butterfree & Caterpie teleported out.
We arrived at my home, it looked extremely creepy. Kirbey said "Here's your home! Doesn't it look great? Eli said "No... It's awful and creepy!" Kirbey interrupted "What's so scary about it?" Eli yelled "Look at it! There's bloodstains and..." "..." "What?" Kirbey was crying "I can't draw..." Eli sayed "What does that have to do with anything?" Kirbey cryed even louder "I love drawing... but there's nothing left to draw with..." "Oh... I feel sad for you." "... Thanks. Can we be a Rescue Team? Lots of awful things have been happening, and that means the Pokemon are dying!" "Sounds great!" "So... What's the name?" "Team Coal Rescue!" "Great! Team Coal Rescue!" Both say "Yeah!" the screen fades to black. screen says "So Eli & Kirbey make a Rescure Team called Coal Rescue... To save all the Pokemon.
Eli wakes up then says "So...tired..." then goes back to sleep to save the game. He wakes up again then goes outside. Kirbey said "Finally! You woke up! Can you go check the mail?" Eli said "Sure!" I moved him to the crappy made mailbox. Eli says "Let's see... Spam, spam, junk, oh! Here it is!" Game: "You got a Rescue Team Starter Kit!" Kirbey says "That's all the stuff!" Pelipper then delivered the mail. Game: "Eli Read the mail." Mail: B̫ͫ̿ͮ̾̕Z͉̬ͬ̉ͪ̾̔͒Z̹̪̻̪ ͐ͩ̽́̇Ḃ̅ͩ̽ͭ͗̇Z̢̟͖̭̝̘̍ͣ̾Ẓ̖͈̓ͪ͌̉̔̔͆ ̻͓͓̜͚̍̃͗ͬ̑BZZ WE KNOW ABOUT YOU FROM THAT BUTERFREE. WE NEED YOUR HELP. MAGNEMITE IS IN TROBLE. AN ELECRICTOMAGNETIC WAVE FLOWED THOUGH A FACTORY AND IT STUCK MAGNEMITE 1 AND MAGNEMITE 2 TOGETHER. IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE A MAGNETON. IT NOT COMPLETE AS IT IS NOW. HELP BZZ BZZ BZZ FROM MAGNEMITES" Eli says "Let's go!" Kirbey sayed "Ok!" As it shows walking the map, Eli warps around everywhere.
Thunder Wave Cave looks weird. Electricity runs though the walls, The floor is full of glass tiles with polluted water under them, few macines, and all pokemon are magnetised. All the stairs where replaced with elevators in all dungeons. When we got to the Magnemites, the Magnemites said gitch stuff in zaglo. Eli took them out. The 4 Magnemites exited. We went home to sleep. but Eli had a dream about a weird Pokemon...
After waking up and saving, Eli & Kirbey go to Pokemon Square. Pokemon Square is a mess, every building is made out of 3 to 8 pieces of old wood, Whiscash pond does not have much grass. Pelipper Post Office looks normal however, but the Rescue Missions don't have Wonder Codes... I just say it's a tiny glitch.
After a few days, Eli had a earthquake in his dream. Eli wakes up then Dugtrio said "Please, help me." Then Dugtrio appears then says "You have to help me!" Eli said "What do you need?" "Our child is missing at Mount Steel! Please, you have to help him!" "... Fine..." Eli went to Kirbey. Kirbey sayed "What's...?" Eli inturupted "We got a mission!" "Oh! What is it?" "We got to save a Diglet!" Kirbey & Eli said "Lets go!".
Mt. Steel floors 1 to 5 have lights on every wall, and has steel platforms on the floors, but floors 6 to 9 have lava in the walls. Skarmory has broken wings, and is somehow levitating. She has no face. Diglett doesn't have a face either. Upon reaching floor 9, Eli said "Here we are... The submit... Let's get Diglet." Kirbey said "But look at the endless pit..." "Wow, it really is an endless pit." Skarmory yelled "DIE... PAIN... I'M SO ALONE..." then she came down. "Those stupid Digletts and Dugtrios are driving me insane!" Kirbey says that it not the Diglets nor the Digtrios. Skarmory yelled "LIAR! It's thouse Pokemon! They have this big families and I'm stuck here by myself! I'LL KILL THEM ALL!" Eli & Kirbey fought Skarmory and won. Skarmory yelled "Fine! I will leave!" then exited, leaving a trail of blood behind. The Magnemites picked up Diglett and we teleported to the team base. The Magnemites joined the team without a friend area. Diglet & Dugtrio left. We sleept for the day. Eli had that dream, exept he could see the Gardevoir, but it looked strange.
After waking up, Eli and Kirbey went to the Pelipper Post Office but they got inturupted. Kirbey said "What's going on there? Looks like a commotion." Jumpluff said "Please, Save my friend! Please, I need Help!", but Shiftry said "Forget it, we're not about to work for that." Then Alakazam said "...! Is there an unkown Pokemon here? Must be something else." Then the screen gone over to Gengar, who was completely black.
After a few in game days, Team Meanies arrived. Medicham had blood spllats all over her, and Ekans had no eyes and was yellow. Very bizare Team Meanies, no? Then they stole all our Poke and mail. and no Pelipper came. After a another few in game days, Kirbey said incomprehensable things, then the computer crashed, with a White Screen of death. Wait... A white screen of death? I guessed that the computer must have a virus.
When i started up the computer I saw that the ROM has deleted itself. I saw a faint red glow in the backgrond of my destop and there was a new text file that said "01001001 00100000 01110111 01101001 01101100 01101100 00100000 01100010 01100101 00100000 01100010 01100001 01100011 01101011 00101110 00101110 00101110".... "I will be back" in binary. I knew that one day, the Rom would return.
