Pokemon Yellow.exe

I'm a guy who surfs the internet, usually I like to scan files, install them, open them, and put them on Virus Total to find out if the file has a connection to a malicious program.

I don't consider myself a retro gamer, but I have folders that contain emulators and NES, SNES, Genesis and Game Boy games. One day I was looking for a Game Boy Color + Pokemon Yellow emulator. I found a Google Drive site that contained a .zip file called "Pokemon Yellow.zip" ... I was curious to see how it went, so I installed the .zip. After installation, I put the folder on the desktop and opened the folder. The folder contained an .exe file called "Pokemon yellow.exe" ... The executable icon was with Pickachu in the game menu. I opened the executable, and it started the command prompt with a line of code: c: // Pokemon yellow.exe, and then it crashed the command prompt. I tried to open the executable again, but no response

It seemed a little strange to me what had happened, but an idea came to me. I tried to change the extension of the .exe file to .txt, but there were some strings of letters and numbers. From .txt I changed it to .jpg, and a glitched picture of Pickachu appeared in the image. It got weird as we made changes to the extensions. From .jpg I switched to .mp3, and a distorted audio with the Pokemon Yellow intro started. I gave up and put the extension back in .exe, and then I put it on Virus Total, and 3 red flags were detected in the file

I deleted the file, but I'm still wondering what happened to that file and the glitched image and audio
