R.O.B. Test Program

I was driving by my neighborhood after a long day. I just happened to be a NES collector, I was thrilled to see this. A garage sale from a former Nintendo employee Jasmin Parza. Parza was apparentley fired for stealing beta/prototype NES/SNES games from the company's vault. So, I got out of my car and walked over to see her loot.

I couldn't believe it. I found a beta translated Star Fox 2, an unreleased Donkey Kong Country 4, even a Nintendo World Champion Gray! But, I also found a R.O.B., all the pieces for Gyromite/Stack Up, and even a blank cartridge next to the two games and R.O.B. It was blank, with a piece of tape on it, saying "ROBBY TEST". Odd, as It was Rob, not Robby. I got the loot for $16.00, so I saved about $1000 bucks on the Championship!

I played all the games when I got home, played Star Fox 2 for about an hour, and saw some disturbing things on DKC4 (more on that in another CreepyPasta.), and eventually hooked up Rob to the NES. I shouldn't have done that...

Everything I thought would happen turned out to be horrible. I planned on reliving my past- but things just turned out to be a new form of a nightmare...

Rob ran fine on on Gyromite and Stack Up, but then I tried out Robby Test. When it started up, all the lights in the house went off. But then Rob started moving. He was moving fairly fast, but started moving even faster. His arm piece was spinning faster and faster. Eventually it stopped, and the lights went back on. The NES started by itself, and the game started. It was all static, and made a High pitched squealing noise(Like the Lavender Town Theme). Then I heard a scream come out of the TV. It couldn't have been my cable as it was still rebooting. Rob took a Stack Up piece and threw it at the wall.

Now, Gyromite started. But the shades were all blood red. It changed to Super Mario Bros after 5 seconds. But, there was nothing but the blood red sky and the ground, with an occasional cloud. I started running right. Lava started pouring from the left of the screen. Mario was running at full speed. The ground was falling from under Mario's feet. The ground started turning red. Eventually the ground faded. and Mario was falling, still fleeing from the lava. Then, Mario hit a new ground. But, Mario was trapped, and the lava sucked him in. His hat came off. The static came back. Every time I attempt to play it I just get static. No sound. No scream. Just static. As for Rob, he ended up freaking out by spinning his arms again. Now, every time I play a game on the NES, the ground is blood red...

Eventually I dumped it into a ROM but the Emulator would crash and the Computer's memory would wipe. So, the mystery of the R.O.B. test program remains a mystery, forever...
