Regular Show - Banned Episode
I was seven years old when this happened and I was scared for life since that happened.
One day, me and my family were at a video store, looking for some cool movies. Then I saw someone that looked like an intern, he was sad and every time a person walked by him, he would beg for the person to buy the tape he had.
I asked my parents if I could talk to him, they said yes and I just went to talk to the guy.
I said I would take the tape, I asked what the price was, he said just take it. I saw a piece of adhesive tape, with "Mordecai the Murderer" I thought the name was weird, but I knew it was Regular Show.
When i asked my parents to take it, they said i could take it, but not watch it, since Regular Show was quite a "inappropriate" cartoon and I wasn't old enough to watch it.
One night, my parents were on their honey moon, and they wouldn't come back until mid-night. While they were out, I grabbed the tape I bought in the store and put it on our VHS player. The title of the show came up but it didn't have the normal music/sound effect on the background, it was just static.
When the episode's name came up, there was actual static, but it was red and loud. The episode started like normal, Mordecai and Rigby were watching TV. until an ad came on their TV, it was about a "Free for All" race.
They went to sign up to the race, and were surprised that everyone else from the park and Margaret had already signed up.
A few scenes after, everyone began running, except for Rigby. The camera quickly zoomed into Rigby's face, and he laughed, I thought he would try to cheat, considering he has such a childish "I must win" behavior.
Right before the race started, Rigby tied Mordecai's shoe laces together, so he would fall, I just said "I knew he would cheat! Then everyone started to run, but Mordecai was just in the floor. The camera then zoomed into Mordecai's face, his eyes got pupiless and red, and he said "I'll get my revenge!" in a demonic voice.
It skipped to night time, Mordecai got up and went to the kitchen. He walked around the kitchen for a while, as if looking for something. He eventually found a big meat knife, and went back to the bedroom. For a little while, there was a FP (First Person) from Mordecai's view, and then it switched to Rigby's view, Rigby then screamed and the screen went black.
When it came back,what it showed was really creepy: It showed Mordecai, kicking slices of Rigby's corpse and laughing in a demonic voice, he then said "This is what you get for cheating." and continued laughing demonically.
Mordecai then walked to Skips' house. Again, it went to Mordecai's view, and he kept getting closer to Skips. While Mordecai walked, Skips kept shouting, fearfully "No". When Mordecai got very close to Skips, Skips just screamed in agony and dropped to the ground, with a hole in his belly.
Mordecai then went to Benson's apartment. Mordecai opened the door and Benson screamed in fear. The camera then switched to the floor, and Benson's head fell on the floor and broke, gum ball's flew all around the floor.
Mordecai then went to Margaret's apartment, and sliced her neck with the knife, the screen went black and it showed Mordecai walking out, and before he went out the door, he looked back and said "This is for humiliating me, jerk!"
He then went to Muscle Man's trailer and simply set it on fire and walked away and said "I have had my revenge..."
The screen went black, the episode ended and the film reel came out of the tape and burned.
After that, I never watched Regular Show again.
