Remember when you were young, cradled with blankets to your chin with all the lights snubbed and out of the corner of the room...you swear you saw something stir. But there was only darkness, so theres no way you could see what was there. Staring long and hard, you notice a sillouhoutte. It's almost human, but more monster-looking. There might be eyes. Or it may be your imagination.
Remember how your mother used to click her tongue and tell you monsters weren't real?
She lied.
Those things lurking in the farthest corner are real. There dangorous. But they only attack when you know they're alive. Oops, maybe I shouldn't have told you.
