Sonic 2006 CreepyPasta
Do you remember that stupid-ass game called Sonic The Hedgehog for XBOX 360/PS3? Well, here's what happened to me...
I went to a car boot sale and saw a blank PS3 case. I turned it around and looked at the disc. It had a picture of Sonic with red eyes. I thought: "WTH?" I asked "How much is this Sonic Game?" "£2.50.", the owner awnsered. So I bought this game. I then went home and put the game in the PS3.
When it finished updating, I heard a laugh. It sounded like a madman. It then went to the title screen. There was no music, and it looked like the background was burned. I pressed Start and it screamed at me. I was startled but I wanted to carry on.
It started in a forest. I noticed it had skipped the menu screen. I thought: "What is up with this?" I turned Sonic around with the controller and he had red eyes just like he did on the disc, but I also noticed that Sonic looked like he was about to cry. I went through the forest. It was dark and there were people on the ground lying in blood. I thought to myself: "Sonic games wouldn't have blood in them, so why this one?" I had suddenly remembered the AVGN episode where he reviewed Super Mario 3 with the alleged satanic references. I then realized it was the same situation.
I went up to one of the dead people and the game crashed on me. I reset the game and started again. But this time, the menu loaded. I selected my character as Sonic again, and I was in Soleanna. Everything looked normal.
Except for one of the trees. What I saw was just horrifying.
It went to a cutscene. Out of nowhere, everything changed. The sky was red, there were dead people, blood, it just freaked me out. The camera panned from the floor to the tree. It showed Elise being hanged. I was so freaked out that I started crying. During the scene, Sonic said: "No! Elise!!!"
He then started running to a different part of the town. The cutscene ended. I then heard a girl crying. So I ran around the town looking for the crying girl. Also, I might add that the music sounded suspenseful and scary. I found the crying girl. Actually, the crying sounded familiar as I was hunting. I wondered who it was, and who would it be?
It was none other than Amy. When I got closer, the game entered a cutscene. Sonic walked up to Amy and softly asked, "Amy, whats wrong?" Amy said while crying, "What's happened here? It was all so peaceful until everything went all blood, sweat, and tears!" Sonic then held her in his arms and then he pointed to the screen and exclaimed, "You did this, Conor Mcmillan!!" I was absolutly frightened! "Are you really talking to me?", I said, while crying. Then Sonic yelled, "No, I was talking to the camera. OF COURSE I WAS TALKING TO YOU!!!" I then got up, and ran out of the room.
I was hiding in the basement. I then heard the sound of glass breaking. So I went back upstairs into my room. BIG MISTAKE. I saw that my TV was smashed and my PS3 had overheated. I then saw that Sonic and Amy had smashed through my TV. They looked the EXACT same way they were in the game. And they looked PISSED. "What are you doing here? LEAVE ME ALONE!", I cried in fear. "Not after what you did to us!" Amy cried right back.
I noticed that Amy was holding her trademark hammer.
If you got hit by that, you'd probably get a big bruise and a headache. She was going to hit me but just before she did, Sonic yelled, "DON'T!!!" I then said, "The f**k?" Then he said to me, "Look out the window." I looked. But I was too dumb to actually do so. Because it was just Sonic's way of saying: "Don't look at us while Amy attacks you!" And she then whacked me. I blacked out.
I woke 2 hours later in my bed. I began crying. And I thought to myself: "Why did I buy that game? How STUPID of me!"
I then never played a Sonic game since.
