Spiderman: extended addition
Hi my name is David. I am a 26 year old spiderman super fan. I especially love the Sam Raimi movies from 2002 to 2007. Once every month I like to go to yard sales to search for any spiderman related media. It was june, and I was at this sketchy looking yard sale run by some old guy he had a huge collection of vhs and dvds. I was browsing through his vhs's and I saw a copy of the first spiderman movie from 2002 but it had text below the title that said "extended addition". I asked the old man how much it was and he said "It- Its free, just take it!" Hmm thats weird.
I went home and put it in my vhs player, and it began to play. The movie began, but there was no audio, and it was kind of glitchy. Like it would just randomly stop then start at certain points. Must just be a busted tape, the audio began at the part where peter gets on the bus, but this time MJ and Flash were making out, and peter got sad. He sat in the back of the bus and the rest of the movie went like normal. Until the part where green goblin blows up the testing grounds. Instead of transitioning to the graduation hats, we saw the man burning alive in the building, he looked like that guy from indiana jones burning, then it transitioned to the hats, the movie continued like normal until the scene where green goblin attacks may's home. He actually killed her, he threw one of his pumpkin bomb blades and it fucking cut her limbs off. I threw up, "WHO DID THIS!" I screamed. Instead of peter going to the hospital, he went to the grave yard to visit aunt may at the graveyard at night. He was crying and walked away to a nearby pay phone to tell mary jane about the news, but like the normal version the green goblin was on the other end. Peter suited up as spiderman and swung to the bridge. The scene played out exactly like normal until where norman is doing is monolog and summons the glider to try and kill spiderman. But spiderman didn't do a back flip to dodge it, he turned around and tried to web the glider but it didn't work. The glider went through peter and norman jumped out of the way. Peter was pinned on the brick wall with the glider stabbed in his stomach. He coughed up blood on the glider and said "Please, just dont kill M...J..." He died. I was crying as norman but on the globin mask and said in a maniacal voice "Time to have some REAL fun with MJ! AH HA HA HAAAA". He went to the ferry with the kids and mj on it, he grabbed mj and blew up the ferry as the kids and the driver burned alive. He took her to oscorp as she screamed it faded to black for 5 minutes. The screen lightened to reveal the goblin with m j's face on his mask as he laughed. The credits rolled and I threw up all over my couch, I never watched spiderman 2002 again and I stopped going to yard sales. If you find a spiderman vhs titled "spiderman: "extended edition" please, I repeat PLEASE do not watch it!
