Spongebob Cartoon Production.com
To get to my point, I was a 16 year old kid who made a business burning and selling pirated cartoon episodes on DVD's. The way I would get a disk burned Is the customer would send me a file of their favorite episode from whatever cartoon. I would load up my disk burner, and make the overall menu screen presentable. Yes I was very stupid doing illegal shit but hey I was naive. Maybe that's not an excuse but oh well. I got a particularly weird request to burn a SpongeBob episode. The user went under the name "EpicGamer456". I asked him from where he got the file. He gave me a link to a website called "www.CartoonProduction.com".
The SpongeBob file had no name. It just said " New Folder". And like any person I always review the episode before I burn it on a disk and sell it to the customer. I had to extract the file before I could review it. Now it was really weird because I had never had a case where I had to extract the video file in order to watch it. But just in case I had Installed a video extractor called " L V Video Extractor". It took around 2 minutes for the file to extract which was weird considering it's a very short video. Finally when the video finished extracting I viewed it. The purpose of me viewing it was not to see If it was fucked up. The purpose was to check the video with any errors or cut out footage I had to replace. Luckily there wasn't but there was something wrong with it. The episode was of Patrick and SpongeBob saying they were Dirty Dan. They continued to taunt each other until Sandy came out and said " Which one of you is the real Dirty Dan?"
Patrick and SpongeBob freaked out and tried to pinpoint the blame on each other which was unlike them. Sandy, who was completely manic, ran after them with a chainsaw. Patrick and SpongeBob ran frantically for their lives. The chainsaw noise got louder as they ran for their lives. They eventually got cornered and I'm not going to go into much detail but basically they were being cut up. The screen was directed to Sandy's tree house with a shadow of Sandy with a chainsaw cutting both SpongeBob and Patrick up. Their screams could be heard as well as the roaring of the chainsaw. What really freaked me out was the laughing I heard from Sandy. It legitimately sounded like the voice actor of Sandy. Eventually the chainsaw noise was cut short. Patrick and SpongeBob began whining Innocently before the scene cut to SpongeBob in a hospital. Or actually let me rephrase that, it was just a slide show of SpongeBob and Patrick in the hospital with disfigured bodies. The music that was playing was that typical creepy hospital organ music. Eventually the whole thing ended. I wasn't freaked out which was surprisingly pissed off at the customer. I made the stupid decision to send him the video.
Eventually two hours passed by and I got a Skype call from an anonymous user. I already knew it was the customer. I expected him to apologize like crazy to me for sending me that. But when I saw his face he was pissed off. He was red in the face and said "You think this is funny?"
"Why would you edit that like that?" I asked him to calm down and was confused beyond my mind. I told him I didn't edit that and that was the way it came. Then I made the most stupid decision and shouted "If anything you should be apologizing to me!" Realizing what I said I completely reeled back and Immediately began to apologize to him. His face became redder and beat with anger and complete hatred. He managed to calm himself down a bit before ending the Skype call with a warm happy family friendly slang "Fuck you!"
So for any of you people reading yes I deleted the website and cancelled the business. Now looking back on it as I am in my late 20's I shouldn't have created that business. And for any of you wondering the website "Cartoon Productions" was taken down. They also have had a history of ripping off people. Most people reading this would probably want me to share this as much as I can. I think it's best If forgotten.
