I have more insight on the previous episode. This was provided to me from a friend, who found someone else questioning this odd episode. Personally, I don't know where they found it, but I assume it's still out to the public. Just not easy to find. Alright, now back to the "lore". SpongeBob was tired of Mr. Krabs bossing around the Krusty Krab. Which, honestly, understandable! SpongeBob just wanted to be free. Though, I don't know why he would choose murder. Pretty suspicious. Anyways... um. Squidward. Oh dear. There's a lot more insight on him than I thought.
Apparently, Squidward had been dealing with some depression lately. Which explains his quieter attitude, I guess. As far as I know, from my friend and the other questioner, Squidward was depressed because his dick was limp. And floppy. SpongeBob thought that giving him some adrenaline could help. and that he would pretend that Squidward had killed Mr. Krabs to try and make him feel better. It failed.
The last part of my insight: I saw your balls. The explanation provided via my friend and other questioner was that SpongeBob had accidentally sent Squidward nudes once, and he had kept them as blackmail. Which... well.. I guess I could see him doing that.
