It was exactly 2:30 am when the incident took place, although the game was deleted, I manage to clean my story up. Hi, I'm Marty Sykes, I'm 20 years old and I lived in New Jersey. I was a huge fan of Sonic so much, I've forgotten about dear ole' Mario and how popular Nintendo was. Ever since I built a 3TB computer, I wanted to try out emulators and roms for the first time in forever.
I manage to get almost all Sega and Nintendo roms and emulators and decided to get hacks for each. Now, Sonic's hacks weren't as awful as most hacks were, there were some interesting hacks like playing as Metal Sonic or playing as Shadow The Hedgehog. However, when I went to the SMW Forums, something seemed...off...one of the users "BuzzyMarminks" (who's deleted) made a hack simply titled "SMWH.BAT - BETA TEST" I clicked on the download link and downloaded the .bat file
After 156 megabytes, I edited the .bat file in Notepad++ and see if there was anything new in it. I noticed something, every inch of data was Beta64 code. Now I can't manage to translate all of it, but what I manage to snip was this:
"Luigi Kidnapped Bowser, It looks like Luigi's at it Again!"
I was starting to feel uneasy, Luigi was NEVER the villain, clearly the user wanted to point the villain spotlight to Luigi (being that Mario always drags him as his Player 2) I turn the bat file into a noticeable .sfc file but it didn't work, so, after a bit of converting later, I manage to get the game recognized and doubleclicked it. "BuzzyMarminks Studios Presents - A Nintendo Hack - Super Mario World" I noticed a small piece of lettering under it saying "Fat Bastard's End" I was shocked! Why the hell is there a nintendo game...THAT CURSES! I pressed SPACE as start as it shows the same words and then in took me to Vanilla Dome but it was called "Crystal Lakes" I went to the castle stage and noticed something else offputting, the timer was stuck at 999 and kept it for almost a hour long. It was like the timer was stuck on a endless loop.
As I travelled through the castle, I mwt up with Luigi who stood beside the wall of Bowser's Castle "So, you think that your the Player 1?" Luigi mocks "I always WILL be #1!" He paused and walked up to you. "In fact, what If I didn't exist" suddenly, a tiny maggot crawled put of Luigi's mustache as he laughs ams started..to rot! His flesh was slwoly turning into a sick yellow, worms and bugs were crawling all around and Luigi even started choking and coughing up moldy spagetti and maggots. The last thing he said was "Now, I'm Player 1!" The game restarted itself and showed the laying Luigi while the title music plays.
I turned my PC off, ran to the bathroom and lost my appetite for dinner that night. After what I seen, I can NEVER look at Luigi again... without a single gag
