Temple of the Skeletons

Today is the day I will adventure on to Läskigt Temple or the Skeleton Temple; the scariest place to ever touch the face of this Earth.

Those Skeletons have brought terror and fear among us.

And I'm tired of it.

Just 2 weeks ago the village of Zogramos, a mining village, was raided by them.

It was a defeat for the military, luckily, the residents were evacuated before they could strike.

Now it seems that our village, Panopoli, is under the eye of Skumlebein, the leader of the Skeletons.

But, I am there to prevent that; I will never let the people be attacked by these bony monsters.

I will avenge the people who died defending and attacking the Skeletons.

This is my story.

I have gathered my Iron armor, sword,bow and arrows and wooden shield and adventuring off to destroy the Läskigt skeletons. Before I left, I stood in the middle of the town center and started a speech. Passerby looked on, but as soon as they were about to leave; I mentioned the Läskigt temple. Then people were coming out of their houses and the passerby were looking back in complete shock. Then when I finished my speech, the people cheered as I went on my journey. Läskigt temple is a stone temple that once served as a shrine for ancient people, however, an evil sorcerer simply by the name of Død summoned the souls of dead people and fused them with skeletons.

According to Gregorie Agne, Läskigt temple consists of a large central section flanked by 2 wing; under it consists of 23 giant pillars, the entrance is located at the front of the central section, the central section consists of several chambers connecting different parts of the monument, at the top of the central sections contains what has rumored to be Skumlebein, the leader of the skeletons. In the center contains a room named the "Core" that supposedly powers the whole entire temple encased in obsidian. In one of the wings contain a large room with a pillar that supposedly has lava in it that accordingly supports the "Core". The other wing is made up of a huge open space with a large, square shaped pillar that also supports the Core. Gregorie Agne was once known as Thorgrim Gerolfsson, he was allegedly Død's right hand man who helped him summon the skeletons. However, he is said to have betray Død days later after the spell, and so Thorgrim changed his name to Gregorie Agne in order to avoid being captured by the skeletons.

Now, I have arrived at the temple, with my sword firm and my shield ready to break in. But, there was a large iron door guarding the palace. I was dumbfounded until an Idea popped out! I had some dynamite with me. I placed the dynamite, walked down the stairs, and set the charge. The door exploded with vigorous force as I could see a skeleton guard wearing iron armor falling the stairs. Then seconds later, a skeleton popped out and stared at the fallen skeleton. "Gudvær! I told you about the stairs!" said the terrified skeleton. Then, he looked at me. "You..." the skeleton angrily said, "You killed my best friend". Then the skeleton pointed his sword at me and charged. I quickly grabbed my bow and pointed it at the skeleton. I shot it and hit and hit the skeleton right in the left leg in between the armor. He tripped and fell. I stared down at it and walked up the stairs and heard shouts and screams. When I arrived at the entrance I saw 2 skeletons with chain armor putting out he fire with hoses. I pointed my bow at one of them and shot it. My arrow landed in the right skeletons chest and the skeleton collapsed. The other skeleton noticed and screamed "Starkad!" The skeleton then dropped the hose to inspect Starkad's wounds. Then it looked up at me with anger and fear on its face. I pulled out my iron sword and it pulled out its dagger. It charged at me before I dodged its attack and shoved my sword into its chest. The skeleton died before something shouted behind me "Human! We have a human!" I looked behind me and saw a skeleton wearing leather armor running. I chased him through the rooms and arrived to see a group of skeletons. There were 5 leather-wearing skeletons including the one that revealed my location, 3 of them had wooden swords and 2 others had bows. There were 3 iron-wearing skeletons, 2 wielding iron swords and 1 wielding a bow. They all pointed their weapons at me. I then realized I was in the Core.
