Subject is showing no thoughts of suicide when being over-viewed on camera or when there is a security officer in the room. He talks to himself every now and then saying "He comes", we don't know what he means by this but we figure its just a nightmare he has sometimes.
He tells us that he is being watched by some man with long arms and legs twisted in a unnatural way and he describes the man as a tall man wearing a nice suit with a black tie and white shirt under, he says that the man has no facial features and he says that he has some sort of tendrils coming from his back. This unnerved me when he told us this but I figure since he is on medication its just the symptoms talking.

We are currently putting the subject on therapy because the medication is not helping him, last night we could hear screams coming from his cell, and growling noises followed by the screaming, but that wasn't the scariest part of the night, he reported the same man he described last month, but this time the man was in his cell touching him and throwing him around the room like some sort of ragdoll.
Of course we didn't believe this until... we saw that mark on his back. It was a black mark stretched all over his back! We asked him "What the hell was going on last night?" but there was no answer from him he just kept muttering the words "mm.emama... man... sle...nder. ma... man.a.man.".

The subject has escaped! Somehow he got out of his cell in the middle of the night and ran over to the houses in the city, we hoped he didn't get to far, and sent a couple police officers and 3 police dogs to search for him. We searched for some clues on how he could've escaped and what we found was unnerving and heart tearing, the door to his cell was thrown across the hall, the room was covered in blood, and some strange markings on the ceiling!

Today the bodies off the two police officers we sent out the other day were found in an alleyway with 1 dog mutilated and a video tape was found by one of the officers this is what we found "Subject is running down the allyway, we are running towards him" for more than a minute of the video tape the sound turned into static and the screen was pitch black,
"Okay we are in the alleyway calling for backup."
At that moment the two officers heard a roar.
"What the fuck was that"
"Hey watch your language"
"Ye... yes ma'am"
"Ahhhh! Shit look over there the subject! Holy shit what the fuck is that behind him?"
"Shit shit... Shoot the damn thing Johnson"
"Holy shit I'm out of ammo"
*gunshots from the female officers gun*
"Fuck fuck... holy shit shoot it! Shoot it!"
"Fuck this call for back up..."
"Holy shit Johnson watch out behind you!"
"Wha? whahhhahhhhhH!!!"
*growls and roars*
"Fuck fuck... wahhhahahhah!!!"
The female officer was thrown onto the dumpster and the other one was ripped apart.

To this day we don't know what happened to the subject that escaped the Asylum, and to this day we don't know what attacked the two officers. We are still looking for information on this Slender Man.
