The Cum Man is a tall but starved man, and due to this, he starves for souls. After he eats his souls, he may remain calm until a few hours later he hungers for more souls.
The Cum Man wishes to eat souls not yet tainted with the gift of free will, a possibility of evil. The Cum Man eats semen, the purest form of soul with the gift of possible life, but not yet free will. And in doing so, he may also kill the man whom he ate the semen from due to the absorption.
The Cum Man however is not limited to semen, he may even eat through a pregnant woman's flesh just to eat an unborn fetus, and in desperate times where it's in its most violent he may even eat "tainted souls" or humans in the flesh. Feasting itself until it is full. However, due to the tainted nature of these souls, it will take more souls for the Cum Man to eat, and the tainted nature makes the Cum Man even more insane.
If the Cum Man is tainted to the brink of pure evil, the Cum Man will rampage around the world in hunger for souls but each soul he gets more and more insane.
The Cum Man must be free from tainted souls at all costs. Due to this, the government has decided to take male criminals in order to keep the Cum Man from insanity. The government has even started to stage crimes in hopes for more subjects for the Cum Man.
Nobody is safe.
