The Custom Devil

Hello. You've heard that SSB4 is starting to be made, correct? No? Well, there MAY be custom characters. If not, it may be because one of the interns at Nintendo made a VERY scary one.

Though I am also an intern at Nintendo, I'm not that devilish-minded one.

Let me explain. Me and 3 other interns (Uan, Gwaj, and Lin) were told to test out a custom character feature for the next Super Smash Brothers. Which meant we were making our own.

The features were epic: you could customize every move besides the non-transformed Neutral Special (Kirby, enough said), and you could even make a trophy for your character.

I made a stick figure and named him Libra. Why? He was almost perfectly balanced, and "libra" means "scale". Uan made a hyper-realistic orange-belt named Shruiken. Lin made a luxurious woman named Miss. But Gwaj's was the scary one. His was named Dotexe - guess he liked creepypastas.

Dotexe is truly an evil being. If you took DNA from the devil, Bowser, and Ganondorf (but only ones for evil), and put them into the body of Jigglypuff, you'd get Dotexe. She seemed like a Jigglypuff filled with vengeance - seeking infinite revenge, having no mercy, having a heart colder than Mewtwo's is... er, was.

The others weren't too scary though. Sure, some of my character's moves are super-creepy, but that's about it.

Then, we were to play as our characters in a free-for-all, Smash Ball only. Here's what happened.

Shuriken (P1) entered like a ninja: he appeared in a blur of orange and white. Miss (P2) entered in what seemed like a limo inspired by the White Cat from F-Zero. Libra (P3) entered like Ganondorf, but it was more like he busted through the background than emerging from the shadows. Dotexe (P4) broke out of a Master Ball that was clearly supposed to be from the Underworld... wow.

Dotexe is my main focus here. She was like a glass cannon: light, but VERY powerful. A single hit from any move could send her flying at 15%. Her up-smash seemed like it could KO at 5% with ease, and her Down Special was gruesomely powerful (0% to 84% in 1 second). Uan and Lin closed their eyes when Dotexe was about to use her Final Smash, but I decided to watch what Gwaj did.

Bad choice.

Dotexe turned into an even more scary monstrosity: arms like Slenderman, eyes like Jeff the Killer, teeth like Smile Dog, and... Happy Appy's stem? Gwaj DEFINITELY loves creepypastas. But none of those were the worst part. Superdotexe's Neutral Special seemed harder to define than all of the un-define-able moments in creepypasta history COMBINED. I could only make out some weird red stripe that resembled Giygas. There were a few drops of blood, too.

There are now tons copies of this "bootleg" owned by Nintendo, thoguh very few of them are for sale. You likely won't legitimately be seeing Dotexe, Libra, Miss, or Shuriken in SSB4.

Now for a bit more about this Dotexe. In SSBB, if you play as Jigglypuff on Halloween, and you make Jigglypuff grab an assist trophy, and the assist trophy releases the Devil, you have a slightly higher chance of winning, and anybody who played that match with you have a slightly higher chance of having a nightmare that night.

In some hacked versions of SSBB, Superdotexe is also somewhere hidden in Subspace, and can only be released if Jigglypuff beats Tabuu on Insane 1,000 times in one day. I'm guessing that's how to release Superdotexe because it's overall impossible.

I know for certain because I have such a version of SSBB. I have hacked to unlock Superdotexe, and let me tell you, her at level 1 could defeat 3 level 9 Meta Knights with ease. However, for some reason, every time I played as her and went against villan characters, said characters actually RAN OFF THE STAGE in a completely straight-forward way. And her final smash... well... it's just a freaking army of Jigglypuffs. When I first saw that, I laughed hysterically... even more hysterically when the Jigglypuffs fell asleep and every single other charcacter randomly walked off the stage... though that seems a tad wrong, doesn't it? And then, it almost seemed like the game noticed my laughter: the Jigglypuffs dissapeared by freaking eating each other.

I still play as Kirby a lot, though, since Kirby is my best character. Problem is, nearly every time I use Kirby against Superdotexe, she pretends to be Kirby, if you catch my drift. I guess that's how the devil shows jealousy: when Superdotexe is on the field, assist trophies NEVER release the Devil.

Also, that "run-off-the-stage" thing supposedly isn't part of the hack, or even a glitch. Plus, I've got one of those SSB4 bootlegs. Should have mentioned that earlier. By the way, sometimes, in those bootlegs, Dotexe may start eating things on the battlefield, including the accessories and noses of the other brawlers, stage hazards, and even the percentage meters, though the loss of those things are NEVER permanent.

Oh, what am I thinking? I should cut to the chase... I simply can't get THAT picture out of my mind. The Cleric of madness... Dotexe has it... It hasn't done much harm to me yet, though...

On September 17 of 2012, one day after the test, I recieved a fake Pokéball with a note saying "iT's DaNg3r0uz 2 goh aloen. TAkE THIS. It iS a ScRafTY wif THa TRifoRCE. If IT is HiT wiTh mirACel iYe, yOU WILL MosT LikELy dIe. SIGnED, yOu." It was in a very sloppy version of my handwriting, and the note was in the shape of the Triforce. On the back was the cleric of madness, with the text "P.s. ThIS IS Ur baCK-Up." After seeing the symbol, I got a false memory of actually writing the letter.

One hour later, I found myself being pushed out of a mental hospital, yet I had just been living my life normally for the last 45 minutes. I was wearing the same clothes as before, but with pictures of the Triforce of power and the Cleric of madness everywhere on it.

I don't think it's long until my brain suddenly goes haywire. Don't try to look for proof of this.
