The Dog
There was once a little boy that lived in San Diego that desperately wanted a dog.
He begged his mother to get him one, but she would either refuse or say "you are not old enough."
Eventually he gave up the idea about getting a dog at all.
Until one day he found a stray dog walking around.
When the dog saw the boy, it ran up and licked the boy on the face.
The boy named the dog Muttson.
Happy for finally getting a dog, he brought it home.
Scared his mother would say something about the dog, he hid it in his room.
In the middle of the night his mother came into his room, because she heard the little boy talking to someone.
She opened the door and screamed when she saw the appalling sight.
The boy was hugging the corpse of a dog that had no eyes and decaying flesh that was infested by maggots.
The boy tells his mom, "See? I told you I would get a dog."
His mom put on gloves and picked up the corpse of the dog and buried it in the back-yard.
The boy got mad at his mom and told her, "You can't separate us mom, I hate you."
The next day she took the little boy to an asylum, because he was clearly mentally unstable.
5 months later he was released because they believed he was sane.
Later that day police get a call from a neighbor that lives next door to the boy.
The neighbor claimed that he heard angry and violent noises coming from the house.
The police kicked down the door to the boy's house only to discover a gruesome sight.
The boy's mother was dead; she had been stabbed in the throat 57 times and in the heart 13 times.
They later found the boy in his room pretending to pet a dog with one hand and licking a blood covered knife in the other.
The boy was also covered head to toe in his mother's blood.
The police ask the little boy why he did it.
The boy responded by saying, "Muttson told me to do it."
