The Holder of Rilcht

Everyday, between 7 PM and 8 PM, in the city of Monterrey from Hospital (Metro station) and Sendero (Metro station) a vortex will open, and from it, a human shape comes out.
This human is seemingly normal, just a bit taller than most of the people around him. He usually is seen in a square pattern T-shirt, jeans and steel-toe black boots.
He carries a black bag on his shoulder and in his hand a book, covered in chains.
If you approach him and ask him how to growl he will then describe some of mankind's cruelest happenings mostly depicting the catholic inquisition.
Should you stand this torture all the way long (they say it is an undefined time while the Metro seems to be on a loop and won't arrive any station) he'll ask you a question.
If you get it right, he will release book's chains and give it to you, its stench is the one of blood, but when opened, the enlightening words inside will give you uncanny strength, endurance and the perception for the paranormal energies.
If you get it wrong, however... well, let's just say the book stinks a bit more with the time...
