The Lion King - Scar's Death (Deleted Version)
Does anybody remember the 1994 Disney movie, The Lion King? You know, it's a movie where Simba, a young lion who is to succeed his father, Mufasa, as King of the Pride Lands; however, after Simba's paternal uncle Scar murders Mufasa to seize the throne, Simba is manipulated into thinking he was responsible and flees into exile. After growing up in the company of the carefree outcasts Timon and Pumbaa, Simba receives valuable perspective from his childhood friend, Nala, and his shaman, Rafiki, before returning to challenge Scar to end his tyranny and take his place in the Circle of Life as the rightful King.
I liked that movie a lot when I was a kid and I still do to this day. Even though critics say that the plot is generic and weak, it's still a really good movie.
Although, there was one deleted scene from the movie that almost ruined my childhood.
I opened up the email and it said:
"Hello, Disney fan from Australia, we would like to show you an unreleased draft of Scar's death scene of "The Lion King", as we would rather not release it to the public. The person who made it was the same person who made the deleted draft of Woody's Nightmare from "Toy Story 2" and opening scene from "Monsters, Inc.",
I downloaded the file, and it was finally saved onto my laptop.
Its file name was "thelionkingscardeathbeta.mov".
"An alternate draft of Scar's death from The Lion King., huh?" I thought to myself.
I opened up the file. But before it played, it had a warning.
"This following deleted, later changed, footage of The Lion King. you are about to see is not for the weak-hearted. Viewer discretion is advised."
I got anxious after reading it. Here goes the freakiness again.
The footage started with in slow motion, Scar leaps toward Simba.
The slow motion stops as Simba uses Scar's momentum to kick him away and send him flying off Pride Rock.
Scar tumbles down Pride Rock and lands in a heap. Simba looks over the edge. Scar weakly sits up. Sonic.EXE emerge through the flames instead of Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed.
"Ah, my friends." Scar said.
"My name is Sonic.exe" asked Sonic.exe to Scar.
"Oh, I'm not your friend, Sonic.EXE. I'm your worst nightmare" Scar said.
"I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean" Sonic.EXE said.
Scar's eyes widen in fear.
"You are ready to die!" Sonic.EXE said in sinister.
"Please! No! Don't kill me! No! NO! NOOOO!" Scar screamed.
"YOU MUST DIE!" Sonic.EXE before charging at Scar.
Sonic.EXE charging toward at Scar, killing him.
The screen cuts to black, we can hear the blood splatter sound effect and Scar lets out a blood-curdling scream. It was as if his actor Jeremy Irons was actually being hurt badly. Scar screaming the same way that one of a screaming Frollo falling into the vast lake of molten copper below to his death from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
After the scream was over, I paused the scene.
I uncovered my ears, but they bled again.
I was irritated, so I had a headache.
I went to rest my head for 5 minutes. I also cleaned the blood out of my ears.
Scar are dead.
It showed a shot of Scar; Scar's eyes were hollow black, his ear is ripped out, his tail is ripped out, his mouth is bleeding and his legs were missing.
The video then ended.
I couldn't stand the corpses of Scar. I ran to the bathroom, and I vomited into the toilet.
After that, I went to delete the file.
Later that night, I started to have nightmares about Sonic.EXE killing Scar. In final film, Scar being mauled by the hyenas.
.What I saw was the most horrifying version of Scar's death scene from The Lion King.
You need to think before you can't download the file, never again.
