The Plumber-killing Thwomp.txt

Back in the day, as well as the 90's, i was really interestd in Games such as "Super Mario World". They were fun and entertaining. I could play the game for hours and always be smiling. I would play on and on, day in and day out, all night just to get all 96 exits! I was so suprised back then when the game became FALL!

Feeling overwhelmed with a rush of nostalgia (for those who don't know, nostalgia is basically when you relive childhood in your adult years) I quickly drove to Gamestop and asked the young man at the counter if he had aany snes games. Just my luck!, I said to myself, it turns out he found a box of old super nintendo games and super mario world is the one I bought.

I bought it, and when I tore off the shrink wrap, I was thrilled with EXCITEMENT! I ran home and threw the box away (I, for a second, thought it said something scary on the box, but, eager to play the game, I simply disregared it and put it into my super snes). I put it into my Super Nintendo, and plugged it in. Me, knowing how to get through Yoshi's Island (for those unaware, it is the first world), went to the switch palace first (like any smart gamer would do). for some reason the game got glitchy and the color of the yellow boxeds turned red -- as if they were bloody. Now, back in high school, I was deeply interested in hemoglobins and the human circulartory system, So, blood didn't bother me too much.

I went in the game to get Yoshi (my memory of my childhood is vague, so I probably spelt Yoshy's name wrong) because, if i can recall some vague memories, Yoshi is a green dinosaur that you can ride, and he has red spikes and a shell on his back and boots and can fly, shoot fireballs and eat stuff

BUT, as I noticed as I went to donut hills, the wordl turned DARK AND BLACK. I couldn't see a thing, it was if a blackout happened to the sun. I got freaked out and tried to press reset., but some unknown force made me resist and I kept pushing onward.

Flashfoward a week, and I was at Bowser's Castle. The game was turning my super nintendo into a freak show. Every time I changed the source on my TV, the game would appear burnt into the screen, although mildly. When I was watching channel 6 news, I was Bowser appearing on the screen. He looked normal. He looked as if his eyes have benne ripped out and blood was bleeding from his eyes, and his teeth were sharp and he had a huge super-realistic grin to his face. I hated him, he always stole my true love, Princess Toadstool Peach from the castle and I had to fight him.

When I got to his castle, I chose the easy doors. I got smushed by a thwomp (the things that crash down) and I died. Except, normally I ould lose a life. But, It said Mario was DEAD. I was really really scared and called the old man at the local flea market. No answer. I went to the gamestop where I bought it, and the store was being torn down. I asked what was happening, and the deconstrunction workers said there was a murder at the store, and 6 people died on black friday because they wanted the new mario game.

I rode my sakteboard back to my house and put the catridge into my attic.

The next day, at 6:00 PM EST, I felt the mailman arrive at the mailbox. I looked out the window and saw the old man... 

this has been a warning for everyone. Don't make the same mistake I made!...
