EPILOGUE AND INTRODUCTION

The world has ended. Undead creatures now rule our cities. This page is for the users who have not yet succumb to the zombies roaming our world. Feel free to post anything you want here. Your experiences, your travels, whatever. This will be a diary for yourself living in this world as well as one for everyone else. We hope you survive.

All you have to do to add an entry to the Diary is type the words ENTRY BY and then your signature (~~~~)

Even though the main goal of the Diaries are to have fun, there are rules that need to be followed.

RULES

You can make up your own story here. You can create your own characters, your own adventures, your own fights, even your own death. But that does not mean that you can write whatever you want here. Always remember to:

  • Stay in THIS world.
  • Do not go off to other planets. Other than the zombies, you can still only do things that a human can do.
  • Do not add new monsters.
  • Werewolves, vampires, Nessie, aliens, and other types of monsters don't exist in the real world, so they don't exist in this world either.
  • Do not make this overly explicit.
  • If your character meets a girl or boy and wants to have sex, go for it. If you want to to kill a zombie in a brutal way, do it. But always remember not go into too much detail. Let's keep this PG-13.
  • Kill your own characters.
  • If you want to kill off another character, make sure that it's a character YOU created, not a character another user created or the user themselves(unless they're fine with it).
  • DO NOT TROLL
  • Do not stray.
  • Try not to mention that this is just a fictional adventure. Your characters are experiencing everything you're making them do. This world is real to them.
  • Become a official member
  • Add your username to the member list. It doesn't take that long and you don't need to provide a link to your profile. We just like to know how many members there are in this community
  • Have fun!

The goal of this diary is to create a world where we can live. A world other that the real one. Go nuts! If you want to go to the amazon, go to the amazon! If you want to find a girl and make a family, go for it. This is the zombie adventure that we can all have. Do not be afraid to kill off a character. That's what happens in a zombie apocalypse. YOU decide where your adventure begins and YOU decide where your adventure ends. Feel free to group up with other users, make up a group of your own characters, or even do it solo. We are the last humans alive, and it's time to take the world back!!

The one who oversees the posts will be known as The Virus. He will delete any posts that break any of the rules. Please do not troll on this diary. Nobody likes trolls. If you troll more than Three times, all your posts up until that point will be deleted and any posts you make will be deleted. You will be banned from the diary. To all those who break the rules Three times, you will have to begin a new adventure. You will be killed off by The Virus. If you are killed off by The Virus more than three times, you will be considered a troll and will receive the troll punishment.

All you really have to do is type in your signature (~~~~). Thank you.

THE DIARIES

ENTRY BY BlackCrowProductions 09:16, June 28, 2012 (UTC)

It's going freakin' insane out there. People are rioting in the streets. I can't imagine how bad it is deeper in the city. 3 of those things have already tried to get into the house and I have nothing to protect myself with. Hang on... Someone or something is trying to get into the house. One of the benefits of living alone is not having someone to protect. Oh crap. I heard a window break. I have to go. Something's in the house.

ENTRY BY Codcam2 10:08, June 28, 2012 (UTC)

I heard that recently, in America, there have been a string of supposed 'zombie attacks'. Being British, I really couldn't care for it, and passed it off as some coincidence. I should really begin to preach my specialism to the disembodied head lying on my floor as I type. I may have not believed what was happening, but I was paranoid enough to take the time to plan out how I may survive. For now, I'll retreat to my loft (attic) for two days, and hope for the massive spread to be over. I just hope that my friends do the same (My friend Connor lives in a bungalow, so he doesn't have the same advantage as I. He has all the bloody weapons, so he's better survive!). I'll do my best to update when I can, but being so far away from the internet router, it may be hard to communicate. To any other survivors reading this; DO NOT DIE. Balls, my ex-parents didn't die with that fall down the stairs. Best of luck, guys.

ENTRY BY Mirgil 18:20, June 28, 2012 (UTC)

Luckily my neighbor is a trained marksman, and most of those creatures are now lying dead in the street. Well, more dead than they were before. Its just me, my roommate, and my dog. We've decided were going to bunker up with my neighbor and head to Pax's River Military Base. Its not too far from where were at, but my 15 year old Jeep isn't going to make it. Dave, my neighbor, said his buddy has a big humvee and he only lives down a street or two. We'd call him, but phone lines are down and we're only getting static on the TV. We still have power but I wouldn't be surprised if we lose that soon. Its complete chaos out there. I saw those things out there tear apart a man who got caught outside. They just mauled him to death, tearing off limbs and sinking their teeth into his neck. Not surprisingly we immedietly boarded up the house. My buddy says one of those things made it into the back yard. My father left me a small .45 that his grandfather had, never thought I'd have to use it. Keep in touch mates and stay inside, I don't know about everywhere else but the east coast is definetly in trouble.

ENTRY BY XAltair7x 18:54, June 28, 2012 (UTC)

I'm just in college. I am not ready. My girlfriend... she... went out trying to get to a military base, said something about Pax. I dismissed it and she... was torn apart. Right now I'm in my car, which I managed to barricade up with metal parts. It now is decked out in metal, so those things don't get in. I'm trying to find other survivors so I could find out where this military base is. The only thing keeping me alive is hope, the thought of other survivors, and a .45 loaded with ammo.

ENTRY BY Codcam2 21:28, June 28, 2012 (UTC)

I managed to find a spot in the loft where the connection isn't exactly strong, but it exist. My two day hold up is just 12 hours in, and I'm already getting very hungry. I'm going to plan a trip down into the kitchen soon. I didn't have enough time to collect them, but I have severl cans of soup stored in one of the cupboards. Not going to lie, if my ex-mum and dad are still kicking, then I'm screwed. The key that we used to lock the door in the ceiling to the loft is a long metal pole with a hook, and gave the impression it was sturdy. No more than cardboard in the rain.

Just got back from the kitchen, and thankfully my ex-parents weren't to be seen. The only downside is that I don't know if they're still in the house. I have no fire with which to cook the soup, but hey, I should get used to the plan cold purre'd tomatos. I should also mention that the previously mentioned Connor is a clever git. As soon as I had a connection, I set up to use my MSN account to see if there was anyone. Connor was too online. He's coming within the next 24 hours to pick me up, I'll just have to go to sleep now for the first night in the earthly hell. Best of luck, guys.

ENTRY BY Codcam2 22:10, June 29, 2012 (UTC)

As I type this I have changed location from my house to a cul-de-sac that my friend claims is a fantastic location, although I'm not happy on the way he's applied the weapons. Surprisingly he's gathered severl dozen people and plans to begin a colony. Before the outbreak began he stocked up on literlly hundreds of fire arms, but he refuses to say how. I'm suddenly not feeling like trusting him if he doesn't tell me things, but it seems I have no choice. In terms of transport there are two big vans (Yeah, not all to up to scratch on cars or vans) that are covered in heets of metal found at a tip. Sadly, 12 people went to get the metal now surrounding the vans, and only two returned. Both were bitten, but still human. Just. Whilst that van was at the tip collecting metal, the other was to retrieve survivors. We were put in the back of the van and given a pistol and melee weapon of our choice, first come first serve. I was first, so, naturally, I chos the best one there; the katana. We only managed to find three other people, called Catlyn, George and James. We got back right beforethe second van, and as a mercy act James killed them. We now know that, when bitten, you don't instantly turn. I'm re-arranging the 'troops' as Connor calls them, because we cannot defend against anything with the current setup. Best of luck, guys.

ENTRY BY IvanCuhh 11:49, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

It's good to know that I'm not the only thing in the world that doesn't craves human flesh. I've been running for the past few days, and I just recently found a place to stay. I barricaded myself in an abandoned home I found. The downside was that these people had run out of food, and most likely fled elsewhere. I decided to go out to the nearest grocery store and gather what I could. Of course, there were a few of those things out there, but nothing I couldn't handle. I don't know how much longer I could last. If anyone knows of a place that's clear of these things, mind filling me in? Some words of advice: Avoid getting bit! Those freakbags bite pretty hard! Anyways, good luck and take care!

ENTRY BY Psycho Fox 12:34, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

It's been about a week since this......infection started, to my knowledge anyway. My family's out of town, dear god I hope they're ok. My cousin's the only one still with me, him and Raven, the family dog. We live relatively close to a grocery store, and we still have power, dunno for how much longer though. Since it's summertime, most of the neighbors are on vacation, so not many people are here, those that decided to stay are safe, last time we checked on them anyway. Since we live in a quiet, empty neighborhood, the infected aren't much of a problem, usually only one or two at a time during the day, many roam the streets at night, but move on once the sun rises. My cousin and I are debating whether or not we should look for other survivors outside our neighborhood, he's against it, if we move out, they might move in, he said. We're running low on food, we plan on going out to the grocery store to see what's left tomorrow.

ENTRY BY Codcam2 16:40, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

I really hoped it wouldn't have had to come to this. I knew that paranoia would be an issue with this world we now live in, but I never expected it to happen to Connor. The man who saved my life has gone mad. Well, was mad. The only ones I trust now are the ones I'm packing up with, that's Catlyn George and James. Connor's little 'coloney' has been toppled by a power hungry ruler, who saw things as 'easy come, easy go'. So long as there was a person who'd do as they were told, he'd do all he could to manipulate them into a new kind of zombie, but worse. These zombies were aware of what they were doing. Connor became a worse monster than the ones I'm setting out to fight. As I sid, Connor was well prepared in organizing this cul-de-sac into a colony home, so whilst everyone's still sleeping and un aware of their leaders fate, were stealing half of the supplies and making off with one of the armoured vans. As far as I know, we plan to head north to the highlands, but will stop to assist when and where we can. The only downside is that the van is now incredably heavy, and will take a while to reach max speed (Which constitues as around 50-70 mph).

We're all packed, and we expect the remaining people to wake up in about 4 hours. We'll leave them a notetelling them of the corruption of their leader, and why we had to do what we did. James is a master with electronic devices, and created a generator that will charge anything so long as we have the right input. His phone and my laptop are compatable. He can turn his phone into a 'wi-fi router-connector-thingy' (How he put it... Somewhat patronising) and I can update on location and activities. As we're leaving I thought this message would suit this diary page, it's the same I left for the remaining people at the cul-de-sac.

Fellow survivors,

Please don't hate us. Our actions were compulsary if you were to survive. We will travel with half our your supplies, but don't stop to grow. Cling to survival, but yet remember not to become primative beast. If we are to lose our abilities to care for others, then how does tha make us different from the beast that now haunt us in both the streets and our dreams. Best of luck, guys.

ENTRY BY BlackCrowProductions 23:47, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

The last few days have been hell. The zed that broke into my house managed to destroy my computer, so I haven't been able to update the diary(I'm writing this from my phone). After that horrible night, I set out on the road with a couple of friends. Better to have a small group than no group, right? After mindlessly driving to nowhere for a couple of days, I ran out of gas. I decided to walk to the nearest town, or at least the nearst town outskirts. I must've killed 50 zombies. Correct me if I'm wrong, I think they're actually getting smarter. I was attacked by 5 of them when I was out looking for some gasoline. I shot 4 through the heads and the last one came at me from behind. It knocked me down, and when I was trying to get a good shot through it's head, it kept moving over. It almost looked like it was trying to move out of the way so I wouldn't shoot it. Luckily I just stuck the barrel through it's mouth and killed it. Tell me what you think, if you've had a similar experience. Good luck, and try to survive.

ENTRY BY Codcam2 21:48, July 1, 2012 (UTC)

Today we began heading up north. The weight of the van has become a massive problem. Now, none of us are mechanics, so we hoped for the best when breaking into one. We figured that with all the amount of blunt objects that mechanics use as tools there's bound to be someone alive! We struck lucky with the first one we entered. The mechanic was holding up there, along with his two son and his wife. We needed help, and with the amount of supplies we had, we happily traded a couple of weapons and ammo for them to fix up any weight issues. We're currently holding up on the roof of the mechanics on lookout for any zombies. So far we managed to defend against a horde of at least 40-50 un-dead. With the noise that they're making down there, I think we've only seen the start of the un-dad that are bound to be attracted to the noise. We may need it now more than ever, but all the same from us to you; Best of luck, guys.

ENTRY BY IvanCuhh 22:20, July 1, 2012 (UTC)

Remember when I told you guys to avoid getting bit? Well, AVOID GETTING BIT AT ALL COSTS. I had found another survivor a few days ago, and she had gotten bit. We both thought it was nothing. It was just a matter of hours before I had lost the only other human I've seen in days. I'm starting to feel as if I'm the only human left.. If you guys are still reading this, please, be careful. Best of luck

ENTRY BY Purple squid 23:10, July 1, 2012 (UTC)

That noise. The noise of a hundred dead people unnaturally alive again. I fear it's a noise i will never be able to forget as long as I live. They groan with decomposed vocal chords and rotting jaws. Some are missing limbs and all are disfigured. They should not be walking....it just shouldn't be. They don't breathe. Their hearts cease to beat and brains have stopped functioning. They murder without remorse or questioning. Their only purpose is to feed. To feed on human flesh. They rip people apart limb by limb, tearing at people's flesh and greedily chewing on human flesh as if it was the finest cuisine. These things are known as 'Zombies' and should be avoided AT ALL COSTS. Remember, you are not alone. Together we will reclaim what was once ours.

ENTRY BY BlackCrowProductions 06:49, July 2, 2012 (UTC)

This sucks. I still haven't had any luck finding survivors and I'm getting pretty hungry. Everything is looted. EVERYTHING. I haven't even been able to find stuff to drink. I think I can survive a couiple more days without food, but not without water. I'm running low on ammo, I have no idea where I'm going, I'm hungry, cold, and haven't found anything that could even come CLOSE to a safehouse. I nearly got bit the other day. And to top it all off, I haven't been able to sleep well. Those freakin' moans! Not scary, just annoying. But it's not all bad. I think there's a gun store in the next town. I think it's called San Antonio if I read the map correctly. I'm not really from around here so hopefully San Antonio isn't too big of a town. I guess that's all. Good luck, and try to survive.

ENTRY BY IvanCuhh 09:59, July 2, 2012 (UTC)

I've managed to take shelter in the abandoned Police Station. I found a map of Riverside and a couple of Handguns. Looks like I was too late for the shotguns. Unfortunately, I didn't find verry much ammo, but I shall conserve what I have for emergencies. I have a couple Granola bars on me, they should last me a few days. I think I'll stay in the Police Station for a while. Best of luck, guys.

My name is Harvey Free and i may be the last man alive. I've been on the move for so long now, running from those things, those monsters that used to humans. I,m Down to a few supplies and my trusty Dog. I'm so tired but i have to reach the city before night-fall.

I'm not alone! I finally made it to London and was so amazed to find other people that i almost got myself killed on the way there. There are four people at the fort, who have maneged to wall off four blocks of the city. Unfortunatly the Survivors are all male so no luck of having one last kiss. There is Brian and Fabio Green, brothers, Who were part of the local police. Davis the builder, we dont know his last name, and a man named Ivan who they found in the police station when looking for weapons. He only had a map, 2 hand guns and half a energy bar. Moral is low and we only have 25 food stockpiled. I will Report in later.

Ever since the infection started, the governments of all the nations of the world gathered all of the important figures, such as the President, and senators and mayors, and took them onto cruise ships in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. But they left us here, to rot. My name is Elisha, and my son, his name is Barry. Me and him, We saw his mother ripped apart, and also saw his little sister be captured and eaten. Other than my Father, who is a military commander, and on a cruise ship, we are the last ones in the family left. We are trying to get to the Bahamas, which is the nearest place without the infection. We have to sneak in, though, because the only outsiders allowed are the people on the ships. So we have 1 week to get to the cruise ships on the South Carolina coast to get to the Bahamas.

DAY 1

We are right now in Tennessee, with my mom's Civic on our way to SC. We are low on gas, and the stations near us are all run dry. We have our prized possessions, and food, water, and flashlights. We also have an extra gs tank, which we will save for when this runs dry. But when we were on our way there, we saw an old convenience store, which was abandoned, but not scavaged or looted. We drove up and ran inside. Canned foods, candy bars, everything we needed/wanted. We peeked in the back room, finding: 6 guns, and boxes upon boxes of ammunition. Our mouths dropped to floor as we packed up everything to leave. We gathered backpacks and bags to carry what we needed when the car went dry. We decided to camp out. We dug a hole and put our cans of food and bottles of water, guns, and ammunition down there. We went to the nearby cave and slept there.

DAY 2

The car was stolen, but they didn't find our hidden stockpile. We gathered what we needed and left what we couldnt take behind for any other survivors. We walked down the nearby road to find our car parked. We got my spare keys and drove off. "Woah," I thought. "He used his gas and filled it up. Woo!" We drove back to get our other items.

DAY 3

Nothing happened today, but we're in SC now.

DAY 4

To summarize this into 2 words:

NOTHING HAPPENED

DAY 5

Reached the cruise ship and paid for tickets. wait 2 days.

DAY 6

Waiting

DAY 7

We're on right now. We're alive. I will meet with my dad soon.

I have been held up in my lab for a while now. I dont know how long. I think its been at least three days i've been surviving off of purifide water that i boiled with a buncen burner and dryed food. its not the best i've ever had but it will have to do. I have taken a live specimen from the other room, cut him open after i fasten'd him down. These creatures are amazing their heart still beats after being put to the exstremes. its absolutly fasinating and it seems as if the only thing keeping them alive is the heart no other organs work other that the brain and the stomach the thing that makes these "zombies" tick is a microorganism that settles on the bain and takes over only the basic needs are needed the zombies infect others but biting or having their blood and saliva in to any open wounds or orphases. I am currently working on a cure and once it is perfected it should be able to cure even zombies that have all their limbs severed off and of course back to normal now best of luck and good bye.

ENTRY BY RainbowZombiee 20:22, July 2, 2012 (UTC)

It's been what? 4 days. I'm slowly running out of food now, and I've had to kill my mum and stepdad for extra food. Today when I logged onto skype though I saw 3 people online, I thought it was a miracle! Unfortunatly it turned out that 2 of them didn't log off and the other one, well if a bunch of zombies were nearby us, I'd throw him to them screaming 'BYE BYE BITCH'. But anyway, I sent him a message asking him if he was okay and not 2 seconds later I got a reply saying 'yeah why?' I think every living person in the world would be facepalming right now. I told him to wait inside his house until I got there and he replied with 'kk'. I got a backpack full of supplies and 2 of my trusty swords and headed off. I'm camping out in the corner shop for the night, surrounded by my makeshift defences and the latest copy of Kerrang... Well, can't a girl have some luxuries in the middle of apocalyptic havoc?

ENTRY BY Codcam2 20:28, July 2, 2012 (UTC)

Shit. We held off all the zombies until dawn, but as it turns out we really didn't strike lucky with the first garage we came across. The mechanic's wife got bitten whilst looking for supplies before we arrived, and didn't tell anyone. It's annoying how easily I believed the blood on her shirt to be that of a drooling zombie. She turned, and then turned both of her sons and the merciful Catlyn. Well, they didn't turn, but Catlyn was smart. The sons tried to muffle her up, and were it not for the rennovations on the van being completed we wouldn't have heard her grunts and scream attempts. When we rushed in George, James and I found were greated by the mechanic's wife (Helen, as he shouted) and she managed to bite George and the mechanic before I got in there with the katana kindly donated by the late Connor. James and I knew what must be done. They were going to go soon, and we didn't want them to experience anything that poor. One at a time we took them outside, listned to their final words and ended them. Except those brothers. Whilst killing off the mechanic (His name was George, too, as it turns out. Coincidence?) they made a run for it, refusing to accept their fate. Catlyn was hard to kill. My parents I resented for being cruel on me whilst growing up, however Catlyn was an example of what we need in this world. We can only hope for another like her. Anyway, they didn't take the van, 'cause thankfully we had the only set of keys. We finshed the job, and continued north. We arrived at what we think is a safe spot. Quite high up, away from civilisation. We don't have a map, otherwise we'd tell you where we were. For now we'll use a radio salvaged from the mechanics to broadcast what we can to any others still out there. This may be the last tie I type on here, so read the following sentence carefully. Best of luck, guys.

Day 1

We are sending Ivan scavenging for supplies at the wall mart south of our little fort, while I, Fabio and Brian go to a suburb up north after seeing lights and noises coming from there. Davis gets to be on look out duty.

Day 2

Ivan returned from scarvenging and brought back 7 food and a pistol. Its about time we had some defense! Me and my group maneged to convince two survivors to leave their little camp. They seem a little green so we will see how long they last. They were both male (Sigh, still no girls) Logan and Darnell were part of the army squad as Scouts protecting this part of town. I wonder if any of the others are still alive?

Me and Brian are going back to the wall mart were Ivan scavenged because he reported seeing people but when he approached them they ran off. Ivan and Logan are going to the southen suburbs to get supplies, as Logan said he had passed there and seen LOTS of food but they were attacked by zombies. Logan wishes to return to put his friend mark who had been killed to rest. Darnell is going scouting at the school.

Day 3

We spoke to a very aggitated man who seemed very angry that we were in his territory. On the other hand Ivan and Logam returned from scavenging and found a crate of chocolate bars with 15 huge uneaten bars! Moral is certainly going to go up! I hope any other survivors see this and come to London! Good luck, you will need it...

I just thought i should check in again I would have found a cure but the zombies they...... they're getting smarter. I've been on the road for a while now i just stopped and took the labtop to tell you about it. First of all they figured how to open doors trust me i'm a doctor so if you think your fine in a house with the doors shut think twice i didnt gather supplies so im hoping that in this rinky dink town before me i'll find some some supplies and im looking for a bigger, safer lab. I ran into a man by the name of Harvey I believe and we decided to trade I gave him a first aid kit and he gave me two very large candy bars. He asked me to stay with him but i said i would think about it he said he would be staying here for the night and i'm thinking about joining him it would be an oppertunity. Hmmmmm.

ENTRY BY Happy Hunting! - Harvey The Hunter 23:39, July 2, 2012 (UTC)

We had heard news of fireworks coming from the east of our base drawing out all the zombies from around our base, when our scout Logan saw a man walking in the direction that the zombies were going to so we sent out Harvey with a few basic supplies to go meet him and possibly bring him back with us. Just as a back up plan we put Ivan on a sharp shooter duty on top of our apartment building with a gun. After 25 mins Harvey met with the strange man who turned out to be a scientist who says he has a cure for zombie virus! We traded some stuff and i asked him if he wanted to join our little group and he said he would consider it. I offered him at least a place to stay for the night and he agreed but unfortunatly the zombie hoard had caught up with us and were approching rappidly, some were running some were walking, so we decided to quickly use whatever we could find to board up "Joe's bar" that we were close to. Once inside we looked around and in the celler found a barrel of wine that we both drunk from while sharing the chocolate bars and a few packs of odd packs of crisps. Zombies had started to surround the bar and we were stuck here. While we were both whispering small talk to each other he said that while researching the zombies that his test subject had maneged to open the door the the lab safe room which i found quite interesting but at that moment i realized that hundreds of zombies against one unlocked door only blocked by a table and a few chairs that we were in a bad situation (I mean worse than before). About what seemed like only 15 mins the scientist guy (Who I will now refere to as Batman) sneezed, and before i could do anything I heard a shout and a window smashing, followed by several more grunts and as i peaked over the counter of the bar i saw that a zombie was climbing through the window followed by more which were lead here by either the sneeze or the glass. I knew that i had to do something fast otherwise we were screwed, just then Batman crouched over and ran quietly towards the celler so i decided to do the same. Just as i was approching the celler ladder there was a loud CRASH as I knocked over a bottle of beer on the counter followed by the zombie in the pub roaring before lunging after me. In a spilt second i picked up half of the broken bottle and stabbed forwards hardly hitting the zombie in the chest. Even though it had half a bottle though it it still kept coming as if not feeling any pain. I had the zombie at bay but i had to find something to kill it, when i remembered that all shop owners/Pub owners had a gun! in one swift movement I smashed an empty bottle on the zombie's head then grabed under the counter, fumbled for a bit then finally found one with a loaded barrel. The zombie, Who was bleeding unsteadily, lurched forward and in one fatal shot i blew his brains out. I knew I only had a limited time before the other zombie's came to investigate so I ran over to the celler entrance but the ladder was gone and the door was locked! Furiosly i decided to hide behind the counter again before the zombies came, but suddenly a huge thump noise came from outside, before cheery music began filling my ears. I heard the celler door unlock and the ladder swing down so at my first chanch i climed up and was quickly in a room full of darkness exept from the window facing in the direction of the fort. Batman said that he found an old CD player and considering it was quite light he pressed play and threw it towards the mall to lure the zombies away. Sorry for the long post but i need somebody to read this, to know what happened if we dont make it. This is Harvey Free Signing off.
