Trapped in My Own Body

Help me, please. One day, I woke up and felt really weird. When I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, I actually saw my very own face. I touched it, and it felt like my skin. I pooped, but I was still highly suspicious of myself, so I touched the poop and it felt like poop. I am very scared of what I might become.
