You might say that's a little weird

i live in an alternate reality where we just don't ask questions and accept unexplained phenomena at face value. we don't read too much into things that can't work out within the confines of known reality so we gloss right over them and maybe find meaning in our situation later on. or not, we don't mind if nothing ever gets resolved.

for example, my dog got run over and mushed into a paste before my eyes by a semi-truck four years ago and just last week, i came home and he was on my porch. 'well, i'll be!' i said and that was that. wouldn't you know it, a few days later that dog buried his own self in the back yard. that's sort of weird but i won't question it. i mean, it's almost physically possible and that's enough for me.

by sunday, i think, there was a full grown tree where the dog buried himself. it's covered in fuzz and the branches wag around a lot but that's acceptable. goes against the laws of nature and maybe i should do something about it but let's just see where this goes.

well, as you may have guessed, that's how i got my dog tree. also it murders people and there's a ritual i have to do every night so those people don't come bury themselves in my yard and make a people bush. is that a lot to gloss over in a sentence or two at the very end? oh well.
