Donald Duck's Power
Donald Duck can no longer die, meaning no form of Death can claim him. This is how he survived the Zettaflare from Kingdom Hearts 3 offscreen. Donald is unbound by mortality. He can no longer succumb to disease, violence, or choking on fruits. Donald Duck can now defeat Godzilla with ease, who has been confirmed to be below Death himself due to him dying and going to Hell. Godzilla did escape because the mountain level god let him go because Godzilla used his inspiring words to convince the thing to let him leave, but it is not going to qualify as attack potency.
Donald Duck is stronger than Homelander, Kratos, Godzilla, Thor with the Slowforce, Wally West, SCP-3812 (Scp-3812 is a schizophrenic who'd lose to Donald Duck in a fight because schizos can't fight against ducks), literally just all of SCP is fodder because everyone dies one day and even the immortal lizard dies. Donald Duck is one of Batgos's most powerful allies, and batgos can call him with his beyond infinite beyond instant beyond speed itself and higher (I am downplaying to quantify his feats) to kick any concept in the ass. Death cannot hold him.. But Donald Duck will gladly embrace the arms of Jesus Christ himself.
Donald Duck has the ability to reject all other concepts but YHWH. Donald is a devoted man to his faith, meaning when the rapture arrives to annihilate the entire cosmology of fiction, Donald Duck will leave this world.
The powerscaling order should logically go: Donald Duck, God, Batgos. Batgos is only above God because Batgos created millions of god avatars in real life and in fiction.
