Dear Diary,

I have decided to start keeping a diary of my life, so that I will never forget anything that happens to me, and if I die, someone can find out what I was like, and maybe how I died.

Today, I found a DVD-R lying on the street. It was dirty and it had little chip marks all over it, as though whoever it belonged to wanted to destroy it but had failed. I thought it would be interesting to have a look, so I got home and washed the DVD. I'm currently waiting for the disc to dry so that I can find out what's on it, if it still works.
