Pokemon Lost Episode: GS Ball

Now many old school pokemon fans who have followed the series know that, some episodes have to be missing. Gaps, that just shouln't be in the series. One of these gaps would be the gs ball. Basically the gs ball is a ball professor ivy gives ash and through the series, it ends up in kurts hands. After the episode 146 (Getting the Bug's out), the gs ball was never seen, again. How i play in this story starts at a goodwill in north carolina. My father lives up in N.C. and the goodwill by his house is huge. Anyways one day i went in to look for pokemon movies and such. I didn't find any dvd's of anything just the boring usual movies. Trying to see if I could find any on vhs, my eyes chanced upon a vhs simply marked in sharpie "celebi ep.". Now I knew there was never an episode (old enough to capture on vhs at least) with celebi on it. Well regardless, i wanted it. I bought the vhs and went home. Thinking it might just be the movie (celebi) I put it in my dads vhs and started it up. The intro was the same. Same johto journeys song and all. After the intro the episode started. The title was "celebi's secret!". Well the episode comes in after the episode where they give kurt the gs ball. Ash and Misty are training when his grandaughter comes up saying "my granpa found something, come quick!'. Well they run to kurts house, when they go inside they find kurt holding the gs ball. Now mainly the episode was normal up to this point, but kurt looked strange, lethargic and worried. His face gaunt. All he said was, "ive found how to open the ball". He releases a pokemon and . . . its celebi. Now I knew something was up, this never was an episode i had seen before or even heard of. Anyways celebi looks angry, it doesn't look normal. I thought this was strange, but continued. Ash puts it in his pokedex. However after this ash is trying to talk to celebi outside when it flashes, and brings ash, only ash to the future. I thought it was odd, there wasn't a "who's that pokemon?" i thought this was just a tape over mess up so i continued. When it flashes back, the sky is red outside and celebi flys off. Ash only has his pokeballs but no pikachu. The landscape is dark, bare treeless and very odd. Ash goes up to a pokemon center and enters, however it seems broken down. The inside is bare and ash searches inside. He finds a room inside with nurse joy. She is old, zombie like and her features are very scary. All she says is, "he left". Ash asks her questions, but she just repeats. Ash goes outside and its the same creepy scene. Celebi then shows up touhes ash and they teleport to what i think is pallet town. He enters his house, which has signs of being burnt on the side. Inside is his mom, she is gaunt, pale, and creepy like joy. When she sees ash, she runs up with an odd smile on her face. "Mom?" says ash. "He has finally come back" she says. Then she starts frantically screaming at ash saying how this is just another illusion. That was kind of creepy. I noticed the episode was pushing past the twenty minute line which i thought was strange. Anyways ash goes out and celebi then teleports him to misty, and brock's gyms. Both are terribly broken down. Misty is much older and cerulean city is a bare wasteland. Same in brocks town. misty and brock both do the same as ashes mom. the pool in misty's gym was red and dark. After this, ash runs out of brocks gym (he was the last) and celebi comes up and teleports ash to his final destination, rocket headquarters. There never really was a base in the series, but there are three towers and a large rectangular factory by the three. He walks in. Celebi stays with ash this time. She leads ash to an elevator. "you want me to go up?" ash asks. she nods yes and pushes the top floor. as the door opens ash follows a hallway to a door. All that reads is "boss". He opens. An old strangley monsterous like giovani sits in a chair. "HELLO ASH" says giovani in the demonic like voice heard in the earlier anime. "how do you know my name" says ash. "WE KNOW MUCH AboUT YOU! WHEN YOU LEFT TEAM ROCKET SUCCEEDED" says the demonically horiffying giovani. Now persian was still by his side, though the whole time it had never moved, eyes closed. "Whats happened? what made this happen?" ask ash "YOU" is all giovani says. "it, it cant be, ash closes his eyes and tears flow down. "Nurse joy, Mom, misty, and brock. All the same. How is this my fault?" GIovani is silent. Ash asks celebi why she took him here, silence. giovani then pushes a button. A tv screen appears, flashing on the screen are pictures of gym leaders, proffesor oak, birch, ivy, and almost anyone from this current season. All guant. Then it shows a picture of a stone slab, zoomed in all it says was, pikachu. Ash then burst in tears. Giovani starts his demonic laughter and lunges at ash. Then celebi rushes in between and teleports ash. Its bright, after a couple seconds it fades. Ash then says, "whats wrong celebi?" like he said at the beggining of the episode. Realizing what had happened ash suddenly turns ghost white and gasps. Misty asks what wrong, then pikachu runs and tugs on ash's pants leg. a smile comes to his face, nothing. "everything is fine" he says laughing. it ends by celebi flying off and kurt saying it was for the best and that ash would see him again. then misty and brock and ash leave the house and a typical ending scene shows. Now i don't know why i have never seen this episode after that. I left the vhs in my dads condo and its been lost ever since. d
