Rare Phenomenon

During the noon of a day of June, a rare, one-in-a-year light phenomena provokes a rainbow-colored circle appear around the sun. This phenomenon makes it possible to stare at the sun without harming your vision. The rumor says that if you stare at this circle for exactly 1 minute and 3 seconds, your lifespan will increase for 1 year and 3 days.

However it will be followed by 2 months of impotence.
