Spamming categories

Hey, sorry I didn't post this reminder on here the last time I blocked you, but you really should read the rules. Anyway, here it is:

Categories Reminder

Please do not add categories that are not listed on the Category List to pages; the penalty for violating this rule is a 1-day ban. Also, do not create new categories without an administrator's permission. The penalty for violating this rule is a ban of up to a week.

...The next time you spam categories, it's a one-month ban, and if you do it again, it's two months. If you do it again after that, it's Permaban City.
