No, the category of a pasta trying to be good it sucks enough to be a troll is for FOTMs only, pastas that aren't meant to be serious don't have them and POTMs try to be funny instead of serious.

So no, not all of them are FOTMs since none of the pastas under the POTM category have that cetegory.
