Iron Gates
Basically when they build a suburb first they put in the roads and the plumbing then the electrical wires then they sell the houses. With Iron Gates they finished the roads and plumbing when they realised there are some native animals there which can only be found there. So they stopped construction.
Legend says one person built a house there.
Also the day that this happened was boiling hot.
The boiled pasta
Basically at the front of Iron Gates its blocked off by an iron gate (go figure) and when I visited Evan's Head once (next to Iron Gates) my friend said that theres a place called Iron Gates and said that someone built a house there. So we decided to check it out. When we got there we got over the iron gate by throwing our bikes over and slipping through a hole (or in that instance sliding a skateboard under) and when we got in there the road was perfectly smooth.
So we drove down the road and there was like trees grass etc all the way up to the curb. Anyway we got up to the first roundabout and it had 2 roads going off and a dirt path and my friend started going up the dirt path and I asked why and he said since the mans house is up there.
Anyway we went up the path and out of the corner of my eye I saw a small part of a house through the trees. We kept on walking and saw the house. It was a 2 story house with ,the usual creepy story thing, 1 window with the curtains flapping out through it a bit. Also I forgot to mention this basically his friend is an idiot.
We where looking at the house and there was this old coke machine at the front of it and me and my friend really wanted to have one then I saw a silver thing out the window. I already said this but basically if he went there alone my friend would go: uhh whats that pretty shiny thing? and then get his head blown off.
I realised that the guy was holding a shotgun and so I bolted and my friend followed with about a second or 2 delay and we just bolted out of there. Basically in evans head (its pretty small) theres like this kind of meeting place in the middle and we bolted there and told our friends and they said: "Did you know theres a haunted house in Evan's Head? Actually it's 2 streets away from your house..."
Basically thats where our teacher left it and I dont know about what happens with the haunted house. I should know within the next week.
