The Story Behind Herobrine Syndrome

Being an average teenage internet gamer I love Minecraft. 1.2.5 is the best update Minecraft has yet and I cannot wait for 1.2.6! I used to play Minecraft Alpha and Beta but I stopped after an experience on my friend's multiplayer server.

We enjoy goofing off on our multiplayer server and we let people into our server so we could have lots of fun. One day we saw some player without a nameplate in our server. He had the "noob" skin and he was burning trees. We kept telling him to stop but he didn't. He didn't speak or look at us. It was like we didn't exist to him. He finally left the trees that were burning. We followed him and he was gone. We couldn't find him. We assumed he logged off.

Days later when we were on the server a lot less people were on it. We could tell because the chat log wasn't flooding. We asked the 2 others online if they know where they others went. They said simply, "They got scared." We became skeptical and went to look for this character we saw the other day.

My friend checked the chat logs and they contained these words, "HEROBRINE, SHIT HEROBRINE, FUCK THIS!" The rest contained some heavy swearing. We wondered who this Herobrine person was. I decided to look him up and I came across the story of thr first sighting. After reading it I told my friends about it on Skype.

The next day (we got bored of trying to find him yesterday) we went to look for Herobrine. We were talking on Skype and Kyle, the head op on our server, said he saw a noob skinned person online when we logged off that night. "He stared at me and then he vanished. I have been feeling sick since then." We could tell he was sick. He was coughing and kept moaning about a headache. We were annoyed by it but we tried to get used to it.

We have been looking for hours and Kyle is about to take a nap to try to get rid of his headache. Me and Jeff just kept searching for Herobrine. We found this wood house and it looked pretty nice, like it was made by a very talented person. We walked inside and found nothing inside. I went for the door but it was gone and was replaced with bedrock. (For ones who don't know bedrock is unbreakable in Minecraft) My friend started screaming "FIRE FIRE!" I turned around and saw the house burning and I swear I could see someone in the smoke but I didn't care and broke some wood and we ran. We kept on running until we fell into a hole.
